Daytime nursing staff was wonderful afternoon ok too but these night time people are not worth this. I understand my phone may have been loud but I am 57 not 5-7yrs old and you will not disrespect me. I am as educated as you are but without patients you have no jobs. Then I hear your loud mouths running keeping me awake. I will go to Main or W. Bloomfield I'm done here. (in the last week)

I had a ct scan recently at HF Wyandotte, and lost a necklace that was very dear to me while there. I was not allowed to look for it. I left a voice mail message with the lost and found dept on 6/4, and have not received a return call. I have called several times and only get voice mail The only thing I have received is a bill. This will not be paid until someone there returns my call. (a month ago)

My sister was a patient on the 6th floor observation unit. The nursing care was wonderful. I was very impressed by the staff. (2 weeks ago)

As a nurse myself, i am appauled at the inpatient "care" provided to my mother. I wouldnt recommend this hospital unless you want to be ignored, not get pain medication when you ask, and get attitude for simply asking for water. Its bad when you feel like you cant leave your loved one in the hospital because they wont be tended too. My mom is very easy going and doesnt ask for much. Its a shame how awful the staff are. I dont mind helping my mom, infact i want to help her with her care. But to not see a staff member for hours is rediculous. I helped her wash up, got her out of bed, walked her in the hall and made her bed with fresh linen. Had i not been there im sure none of this would be done. (in the last week)

Horrible Experience....the Dr was very curt short and dismissive. On 04/29 I I was in a head on car collision where my car had $22,000 in damages and my air bags deployed. The following day I was in excruciating pain and went in with more internal injuries than external. I’m not sure if the Dr. thought I was trying to get opioids or sue (I wasn’t trying to do either) but I was there because I was concerned about the grapefruit size lump on my leg (to check for blood clots) and the pain and tingling radiating down my left arm. They did a quick scan told me I was fine and sent me home with 600mg Motrin. Currently the grapefruit size knot is still on my leg and will not go away and I’m the care of a chiropractor and physical therapist for the pinched nerve in my neck!!! I have BCBS so I was expecting to be treated like I was annoying them for wanting to be seen 😡😡😡 (a month ago)
