I received great care walking into ER. The staff was friendly. The wait maybe 45 minutes. But you have to expect that when a lot of people are not feeling well. The doctors, nurses were very nice and informative. The transporters were friendly. I am really satisfied with my experience today. (a month ago)

I've been to this hospital multiple times over the years and each time has been a pleasant experience. Last month I had to go in because of stomach and chest pains I was having. As soon as I got back to my room I felt like there wasn't a time that either a doctor or nurse wasn't in my room asking about my condition, drawing blood, hooking me up to an IV, etc. I was in and out in no time and the staff went above my expectations. They were friendly, compassionate, respectful and answered all my questions. (a month ago)

I am a inmate at the moment. All and all I have had good care and the staff is great. I am writing this review today because of the food service. There was a computer glitch so they didn’t have patients orders so they served them whatever they felt like serving. Breakfast was burnt wheat toast and I couldn’t eat it. Lunch was turkey and mashed potatoes with a side of pickle salad (really) and grape juice. Most of which I did not eat. Dinner was chicken a la king (slop on a plate). Did not eat!!! When I asked what I could do I was told to call and order something else. How convenient the phone does not work. So what am I supposed to eat?? We have turkey and ham sandwiches up here. Yep, cold and stale to go along with my choc milk which tasted funny!! I can’t believe in this hospital there is not another way to get edible food. Oh yeah I am diabetic and need something to eat (4 months ago)

My grandpa was receiving care at this hospital and was moved to hospice. Many family members came to see him one last time. Their policy only allows a few members in the room at a time. All other family members were told to wait in the family waiting area, but the nurse said there were too many of us in the waiting area and said we were too loud when we clearly were not disturbing anyone. Even the other families in the waiting area were shocked that the attending nurse came up to us and asked us to leave the area. I honestly didn't even know how to respond at first. It was a bad experience, and I hope that it doesn't happen to other families either. (a month ago)

My husband has been having difficulties with his COPD and has been at this facility 3 times this year. He has received pretty good care overall and I especially like to thank the ICU Staff, their awesome! (in the last week)
