Came in to be checked out after an accident. I came in for my ankle and my back. When they came to take x-rays they did my ankle and my knee. I told the lady doing x-rays that my knee wasn't a problem but she just did it anyways. I waited 3 hours and just left because they didn't look at what I came in for and now I'm stuck with a bill for something I didn't need. Terrible place. Steer clear. They just want to pick your pocket. Never spoke to a doctor btw. (a month ago)

Went to outpatient surgery registration this morning and everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. Then from there they escorted me to where I had lab tests for surgery scheduled for next week. Very nice and professional associates and nurses. (in the last week)

Unlike others on this thread, we had an extremely positive experience at the ER and in the hospital proper. My father was taken by ambulance after a fall to the ER. The care was quick, the staff caring and knowledgeable. Rather than just treat and street, they recommended observation in the hospital, which later revealed an underlying medical issue that contributed to the fall. The staff on the ward he landed on were also detailed, caring, and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date, and we felt well informed by them and also then by his case manager as he transitioned to rehab. (4 months ago)

Horrible horrible place!!!! Nurses are rude and uncompassionate. They just walk out when you are explaining a problem. Pain does not get addressed. I am currently a patient and the last time someone rounded on me was 205 pm and it’s now 6 pm. I am not supposed to get up on my own but no one answers the bells. I asked for a specialist to be consulted again and was told no. Yet the doctor can’t handle the issue. Just can’t handle the incompetence. I am having to set up my own discharge aftercare. What hospital does that. What am I paying for???? Evidentally nothing but a room. (2 weeks ago)

I hate this hospital so much I don’t recommended no one to go there at all. I almost lost my dad last week because of them. The nurse was so disrespectful and rude. She didn’t give my dad medicine on time and he fall down on the floor and he called the nurse and she didn’t come at all. That’s not all she did ALOT more. I should have called 911 on her ass. When I told her he fell because of u she was like it’s not my fault. This hospital doesn’t care about patients at all. All they care about is how they get money. (2 months ago)
