Honey and boiling water... Add til golden then drink for a fast home remedy for influenza A.... Blow nose to get rid of pressure... You'd be surprised!!! Jesus christ terrible reviews... I went in a few times one for a wreck... Another for a back injury... The staff was friendly and upfront calm and courteous to there patients... Handled the CT scan and exam professionally ... The only reason one star was removed is due to the lack of speed we were in there for over two hours... Other than that everything else went smoothly.... Received scripts and a doctor's note... Also nice older lady's up front at the information desk need to be a little more informed by who ever is training them on location of the facilities... We asked them where the prenatal clinic was and they told me they didn't know they had one... But overall the experience here has been ✌ Okay (3 months ago)

I have had 2 great experiences with their ER. First time I walked in and the second time I was transferred in by ambulance from Eastland. I had the same male nurse both times and I can't for the life of me remember his name! He was awesome! (a month ago)

Upon arrival at Hendrick Medical Center, was in tremulous pain (10). There was not a long wait prior to seeing a Physician. Immediately following triage was seen by nurse and doctor. Dr. K. Ohlendorf, examine me and ordered labs. Nurse Jewel begin an intravenous therapy, that carried me from a pain scale from 10 to 2. The last pain I experience like that was child birth. Extremely thankful for the care I received at Hendrick Medical Center, praying the billing will be affordable, yet to receive . But after being denied medical care at Dyess AFB, and sent to an urgent care, was informed as told I needed care at this hospital. I Am Grateful !! (3 weeks ago)

Dr. Du, wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable. Took great care of my husband, who has life threatening seizures, after having a stroke. Dr Du is great. (3 weeks ago)

Hands down the poorest excuse for a medical facility on planet earth. The ENTIRE ER staff is EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. (That’s an understatement). The main doctor on staff has the bedside manner of a stoned, juice head frat boy. It was quite shocking. Dr & nurses totally contradict themselves repeatedly taking you on a roller coaster ride. Also, something as simple as asking for an additional pillow was as if you had asked for something rare & unheard of. I got a smartass response of “ummmm I meaaan I can check but pillows are like gold around here”. Then I watched her go & plop her lazy ass down. Never once even looked for one. When I hesitantly asked her again for fear of getting a snarl look or smart ass response, she quickly shut me down with “we don’t have any”. Huge red flag to me that something as simple as a pillow was not an option. That’s the long & short of our experience in this filthy “hospital”. (2 weeks ago)
