When to visit my mom today who was just admitted last night. Could not get a handicap parking spot for my wife who is in a wheelchair. After parking in a lower lot and walking 100 yards to the front door, the door opener button did not work. Had to pull the heavy door open manually and try to get my wife's wheelchair through the door while holding it open. The girl sitting at the desk watched us struggling with the door and said " it's been doing that all day" after we finally got in. No help there. While visiting my mom, decided to get a snack. Guess what, the hospital's only remaining snack machine was out of order. (The other machine that hasn't worked for months had been removed). A helpful employee walking by said " yeh, been like that for a while now". Wow... (a month ago)

My visit to the emergency room was efficient, the medical staff and reception folks were all very professional and friendly. I felt well cared for and would definitely return if I ever need to visit an ER. Thank you! (in the last week)

I broke my humerus completed in half and got ambulanced to this hospital in the middle of a blizzard with my arm at a 60 degree angle. This was about 6 weeks ago now. Looking back and I have to say that I am very appreciative of the care and attention I received here at this hospital. The nurses were all extremely concerned for me and were very attentive. I was in a ton of pain, they knew it, and they made sure to check on me often and do everything they could to keep me stable. The CATscan techs were a bit rough getting me in and out of the machine, thought they could have been a little more considerate of the fact that my arm was hanging on by a thread. They ended up being able to fold my arm into a comfortable position against my body in a sling so that could get discharged and pursue treatment elsewhere with an orthopedic surgeon. All in all though, great ER, great nurses...I was in bad shape and feel lucky looking back that they were so good to me. (a month ago)

When I visited the web site I saw a lot of negative reviews. That is far from the experience my wife has had during her fight with cancer. The staff and nurses have been outstanding. I can't believe how they have jumped in and handled messy situations. Five stars without question? (a month ago)

My husband has been there over 12 hrs! And just being admitted, and after they wanted him to tell them what happened they said they didn’t believe him. When I know he was telling the truth. Ps If u don’t know them then u shouldn’t say well I don’t believe him. I wasted my time advocating for him for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time “listening” to me. I hope u never come there ever!
