I had my gallbladder removed at the surgery center on the 14 of May. The staff was absolutely amazing from the minute I walked in until the moment I rolled out. They kept me comfortable and relaxed. Every single person from the front desk to nurses to the Dr. had a smile on there face and were warm and caring. They kept a cheerful balance and kept me laughing the few hours I spent there. Thank you thank you thank you to every single one of you. You care and should all know how much you all make a difference in people’s lives. (a week ago)

I would like to say that Dr. Bogey is amazing. Sincere, listens, and honestly cares about the issues with your health. Sam, Sheila and Gloria are all angels! Wonderful nurses! Hazel Hawkins has a wonderful ER department. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always helpful...never had an issue. Great job, guys! (2 months ago)

Yet another horrible encounter. Go in for food poisoning and it’s like they’re trying to say it’s everything but that. The nurse brittney has a horrible attitude. She makes faces n rolls her eyes because she thinks I can’t see her. Don’t take the people you love here, no one will care. (a month ago)

Shady billing department, Completely lacking. Paid my bill stated I was done, I called 9 months later when was moving to verify I had no bills just to make sure. Same response I was good. Now it's been 9 months from that point so yes almost two years and I'm getting a bill. Cannot express how beyond PISSED I am. Middle of November no less. I ALWAYS pay my bills on time and stay on top of them never once was anything mention of anything pending or waiting for approval all that was said was that I had NOTHING. So keep that in mind next time you choose to come to this hospital. (6 months ago)

When I broke my leg riding in Hollister Hills, and on my way to the hospital, my friend called the E.R. to make sure they had a wheelchair ready to go. They said they “don’t have any available wheelchairs”... a hospital... with not enough wheelchairs... the waiting room had two other people, I might add.. so “no available wheelchairs” is a very pathetic excuse on their part. How did they expect a girl with a broken leg to walk into the hospital?? This is the ONLY reason they did not receive 5 stars from me. Once I got called back, which didn’t take very long. EVERY nurse and doctor I talked to in the E.R. was so helpful and always kept a smile on my face despite the pain. I need to take a moment to call out one specific doctor that was by far the BEST doctor I’ve ever met. His name is Michael Bogey. He always managed to keep me laughing, distract me from any pain, and did anything and everything to make sure I was okay. He made sure I knew what signs I would need to look for after I left the hospital. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. He was amazing! If I ever break a bone again, I will gladly drive back to this hospital just to be checked on by him. (4 months ago)
