Came into emergency with kidney stones very helpful doctor. No wait at all, helped the pain and i went to specialist in Duluth MN next morning. I felt the staff was very caring and very knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone (3 months ago)

DO NOT COME HERE! Came here because my husband got lymes. All they needed to do was test his blood and send us home with a antibiotic. We were here 6 hours...This ER needs management it’s a cluster F... Go to spooner or rice like. Driving the extra miles will save you hours in the long run! (2 weeks ago)

If you want to be treated by incompetent, lazy staff who won’t even bother to look at your file and definitely don’t care about your well being this is the hospital for you. (2 months ago)

Staff and Dr.s are AWESOME... I have always been treated very well ! (3 months ago)

One word can sum up this place... INCOMPETENT 1. not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully. After they created a outstanding bill for only a few standard checkup visits, I hand-delivered my health insurance information. A month or so went by and I would still not only get bills in the mail (unchanged) but phone calls and then voice mails. Even though after displaying & providing all the necessary paper work for my health insurance coverage. (10 months ago)
