If I could give zero stars I would! The billing department is a JOKE and have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs. I worked with Dr. Prasad for two years and as an employee of that God Awful place, I got sick and saw my PCP, Dr. Tranto. I had the flu and sinus infection and because I had a severe terrible cough I actually ended up cracking a few ribs. That place billed me as a work related injury, never even billed my insurance (THAT I HAD THROUGH THEM) and now I have a $2000 bill turned into collections. Despite my NUMEROUS attempts to reach them and of course NO ONE calls you back. They have no idea how to do their job!!! (2 months ago)

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been too. The nurses were EXTREMELY RUDE!! The X-ray techninician was polite though. I’ve never been treated so poorly and would not take my dog to this emergency room !!! (4 months ago)

Horrible hospital. I cant even begin to sum up how my 81 year old father was treated by the Dr. Here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Some of the nurses were sweet and actually expressed sympathy to my mom and dad and encouraged them to transfer him to another hospital. When he left one unpleasant nurse literally just ripped the IV out of his arm and let him bleed. He is moving to better more compassionate hands. If I could give a negitive rating I certainly would. They in no means even deserve 1 star. (6 months ago)

Thank you!! Arrived with symptoms of a heart attack. Was seen immediately, and taken care of. Patient was stabilized and transferred to another hospital. Thank God this place is close by. Cafe food is ok. Wheeling hospital owns this hospital now. (4 months ago)

If it was a real emergency with blood gushing, I would be dead. It was the weekend when we came in and it was like a ghost hospital. Nobody was at the front door and there were no signs to follow. I wandered the place for 5 good minutes before I started yelling for help. Finally a nurse showed up and didn't even seem concerned. This is the last place you want to go if you have an emergency.
