My sister was admitted to this rehab after having a tumor removed from her head. She was a fall risk and has the bands around her wrist. The Transport company brought her in and the nurses there did not help assist my sister to her bed. As a result she fell hard on her bottom. This simply is unacceptable. Some of the nurses were very attentive but others are rude and maybe do not care for their job. No one was helping to keep the staples clean so I had to get in contact with her neurosurgeon to write a order for them to put ointment on it and to wash her hair. One other thing to add is that the smoking patio is right between buildings so patients can smell the smoke. I thought hospitals had rules about this but I guess this one does not. The place was clean and the front reception was nice. (2 months ago)

I was here for 9 days in September and had no problems at all. The staff were all caring and friendly. They took great care of me. When I called for a nurse they came within minutes and were attentive to my needs. Although they don't have a menu to choose from, the food was good. I saw the Dr. everyday and was kept up to speed on my treatment. All the other patients I interacted with had no complaints. I am having a knee replacement soon and would go back for rehabilitation care. (7 months ago)

My disabled father had tripped on the stairs and after going to the hospital we had to wait a month or two for him to be able to go to rehab. Once getting out of rehab he had to go to Harmon. Us not knowing of the consciences we had him go there. Then finally he could leave and I was crying as I was so happy. He was so close to come back home to us. Then Harmon took that away from us. A really stupid unqualified nurse thought she could put his feeding tube back into his stomach herself. She was wrong. She almost killed him! Not only that but Harmon had patients splitting rooms and the rooms were the size of a small bedroom. There were people who need immediate help and couldn't get help in the first place! We tried to sue but my mom and I didn't realize that it had to be within a year of what happen so Harmon got away with what they were doing. And my mom told me my uncle went there recently and they tried to cut his leg off!!! He has both his legs now and the staff was really rude. The staff looked at my mom with snake eyes everytime she visited!!! I would not want anyone I care about into this rehabilitation center!! (5 months ago)

My partner just had back surgery on the 20th and he was in the hospital until the 22nd, his insurance case worker informed him that they were transferring him to this horrid place they even try to call a hospital. He arrived to the facility on the 22nd at 8 pm and his pain meds were due around 10 pm. The night nurse was so rude and every time my partner hit the call nurse button she would not come in to see what he needed. She finally got tired of his buzzing and she finally came in. Instead of asking how she could help him she had attutide and when he asked for his pain meds she said that the hospital has not sent over the prescription over yet, so I called the hospital and the nurse at the hospital said they sent his perception an hour before he was even transferred out. The night nurse here at harmon kept telling my partner 20 more minutes until they would give him his pain meds for over 2 hrs until about 1 am when they finally decided to give him his pain meds. And that was only the first night. None of the nurses have any bedside manners here, if you can avoid this facility I would. The nurses are so rude, they don't let you talk to them. They just come in say what they need to say and leave don't ask how your feeling if you need anything and don't even bother checking in to see if your doing ok. Again I warn you if you can avoid this place run for the hills (2 months ago)

I had bowel reconstruction do to colon cancer and was released from UMC on December 13 and transported here. And 1 1/2 weeks later I feel worse now then I did coming in. My white blood cell count has gone up, because they they have me on oral antibiotics, not IV's. And my wound is NOT healing, they can't control the drainage. THE NIGHT TIME NURSES SUCK!!!!! They have had me waiting for as long as 3 hours for my pain meds, and nighttime meds. I stood next to a CNA for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me standing there. Was she busy???? HELL NO she was on her phone.... ON FACEBOOK... The best thing about this place, is THE FOOD.... FIND ANOTHER REHAB.... DONT COME HERE (5 months ago)
