Went in at 3 am sick enough to require surgery. Had a long wait time in the ER room and that’s my only complaint. There was one doctor on duty who was dealing with a trauma. I completely understand why i was not seen right away. They really need two doctors for instances like this. The nursing staff on the other hand was awesome. Checking in and bring me something for the pain. At 7 am Doctor Bell came in and things started rolling. If you get this man put all your fears to rest he is quick thorough and i felt like i was talking to a family member not a doctor. Doctor Bell called in Doctor Harmon and again an amazing doctor and surgeon. Treated me like a friend not a patient. Excellent in every way! My surgery was not major but had to be done and it’s the first time i have ever been to surgery for anything, so i had was quite frankly terrified at first. After dealing with those two doctors i would go back in a heartbeat if i had to. The recovery staff did an excellent job! Thank You! (a month ago)

Worst hospital ever. It shouldn’t take over 12 hours to see a doctor. It shouldn’t take that long for blood work when the lab is there in the hospital. My boyfriend had a fever of over 103 and it would go down a little and then spike right back up. It took them over 15 hours to start an I. V. when he needed fluids and obviously something better then oral medication for a fever and also pain medication which wasn’t giving till after they final gave him an iv. And then they give medication that isn’t even needed to mess him up even worse then when he went in. And the food was terrible. I’ve been to a few bad hospitals by this was by far the worse one I’ve ever seen!! If it wasn’t for them telling him it would kill him to go to another hospital he would of left. But after telling him that they just let him sit there for hours while they did nothing for him. Thank the good Lord above that he didn’t die from that terrible place!! (a month ago)

Recently had a baby there. Even though we waited for a room to be available, everyone was very kind and helpful. I understand that it gets very busy and they’re making sure all patients’ needs are being met. I am very happy with my experience and I loved all the nurses who cared for me and my baby. My midwife is also amazing, and so were the doctors who were there who helped with my care. (4 months ago)

Waited for over six hours just to be in a room and be told that we were waiting on papers to be discharged. What was so upsetting was the lack of communication. A nurse told us the doctor was on the way and then an hour and a half past and a new nurse came to tell us the same thing. We checked with the old nurse and even she didn't know where the doctor was. All we got out of the visit was a test and results, no meds for the patient from the doctor , it was just frustrating. They weren't overwhelmed or anything we could see. Tragically tragic stuff, lucky for us the issues weren't life threatening. (2 months ago)

Excellent staff, quick check in and easy to navigate facility. I was in a lot of pain and they did everything they could to make me comfortable and ease my worries. Billing and insurance was a breeze. No complaints at all. Great experience. (3 months ago)
