All staff besides the doctor were exceptional. Arrogant and close mindedness on his child had a crp of two, with severe abdominal pain, yet this guy gave him a shot of toradol and said look, he's fine.........even uncle Google said probably Appendix?! Let alone we went through the same with our daughter four years ago. Ole Dr. EPP is a joke. Off to Mercy we go!! (in the last week)

Blythe Waltersdorf PA, listens and documents health strengths and my medical concerns accurately. She has a healthy physician assistant and patient rapport. She also has a good knowledge base and the wisdom to apply it. - On another note, I am very concerned that the hospital computer reads that because a patient takes a particular medicine then sometimes it states a patient has a false medical ailment because of the improper programming based on a lack of possible diagnoses. For example if a patient takes atenolol then it states a person has high blood pressure when they really have a high pulse rate. This is due to the computer program not allowing for the possible diagnosis of a high pulse rate. This could impede quality health care decisions. This computer error needs to be fixed expediently. - Staff is friendly. Patient education has been very good. The only admonishment given is to let the body rest and heal at times instead of being offered pages of exercizes that may be detrimental to a patients health. I am so pleased to have such a dedicated team of health professionals on my side!!! (3 weeks ago)

If I could give the idiot er doctors no stars I would!!! After my father went in with chest pain that wouldn’t go away with nitro tablets, he has an extensive heart history for the last 29 years, they wanted to send him home because his tests all looked okay!!! His test have never shown problems even when having heart attacks which it states in his files! I live an hour and a half away and had to yell at the doctor on call to make her call his heart doctor in DSM!!! Ends up he did have a mild heart attack and had one blockage 95% and one 80%!! If he would have stayed in Creston or went home like she wanted him to do he would have died!!! Wouldn’t send my dog for those people to take care of!!!! (5 months ago)
