I, only, selected one star, because I had to, in order to write my review. This place is the worst. The most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with "work" here. Lazy. Entitled. Judgemental. Button pushers that don't identify themselves, when answering the phone, and expect that they can act any kind of way and all of us "commoners" should just smile and take it. Oh, and, they are so above everything that, in the event you wish to file a formal complaint, they can refuse to supply the necessary information to do so, because Supervisor Shannon, whom after being caught in multiple lies regarding the information needed to file a complaint, doesn't "feel obligated to." Supervisor Shannon says that it's not my right to file my own formal complaint, because she "will take it up with 'Quality.'" Oh, and, don't even think of letting a hint of frustration show, no matter how many times Supervisor Shannon or her employees talk over you, while you attempt to explain the situation and get the necessary information; because, then, Supervisor Shannon will tell you that, "you're being 'hostile' and I will end the call." Great job GHCH. Way to mess up; and, be nasty when your patient calls you to have it fixed. (a month ago)

It is 5/4/18. This is my 12th day in this hospital. I really thought that I was going to waste away to nothing due to lack of decent food. Or ANY food being provided here. Thanks to my nursing staff that isn't happening. Mr. Frank, Chelsey, and all else who fought for me, thank you. They let me in on a few tricks to hoard some food for night and even fed me some of their own supplies. My pain level seems to be of no real concern to the doctor (stays at a steady 8) and I have to set an alarm for the minimum hour just to make sure I keep something going in my system or i awaken with my pain level off the charts. Hopefully at some point someone will figure out what is causing my problem. But until that happens I don't appreciate being left so uncomfortable. I was a very difficult stick but finally Kimberly got a pic line in me and it was a one poke "wam bam thank you ma'am". No, but REALLY!! Thank you ma'am, Kimberly YOU ROCK! Now my completely bruised up arms can heal. (2 months ago)

I had just gotten out st. Pete's with sepsis shock. 3 days later I was having problems and my Dr sent me to have a blood test. I waited 5 hours for a simple blood draw. I got one and left with out seeing their so called Dr's. There were 8 kids under screaming, jumping and their parents sitting right there. The person who registers people was sitting with head on the desk. The 1st bathroom smelled like someone's house who doesn't clean up the cat pee. The people who work there have no compassion and the most unprofessional healthcare workers I have ever seen. I've called 3 times to talk to the administrator and his assistants voice message says she'll get back to me as soon as its convenient for her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP AND CALL YOR INSURANCE TO REPORT THEM. I have medicare, I'm calling them and they will look into this place. I know what I'm talking about I worked in healthcare for 30 yrs before I retired. (2 months ago)

Very poor staffing, no sence of professionalism. Just people in the emergency room sitting on there ass at there desk collecting a pay check laughing with the fellow un qualified personnel. No communication or direction with getting the proper medical attention needed. Wait times are outrageous and un heard of. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone and no one should have to endure the pain of the poorly trained staff. Sat in the waiting room for over 5 hours with a 9 month old and a 7 year old. Nothing was resolved and had to end up leaving without seeing a doctor or a nurse that even pretended to care for that matter. Very very upsetting as this community hospital is failing to provide medical attention. (4 months ago)
