I love Angela Hubanks and her nurse Jenny. They have been extremely supportive and influential in my health care needs. However their receptionist's are awful- rude and short. They are on the front end of this organization- they should be full of sunshine and rainbows. Maybe some additional training on phone etiquette could be beneficial. (3 months ago)

This was my second visit with Dr. Compton's office and he was very friendly and informative. My shoulder hurt and it was recommended I see an orthopedic doctor for exrays (100% covered with referral) as I stated to his nurse and as was noted on my insurance info. His nurse assured me it would be submitted. She failed to do her job correctly and did not submit it. Now I am stuck with a $300.00 bill that should have been $0. After a dozen calls I was given a "I'm sorry." How about paying for your mistake like any other idustry? (4 months ago)

Dr. McGill in the pediatric office is great! Great with children, very informative and respectful. He never makes you feel like you are asking silly questions which as a first time parent is appreciated! (a year ago)

Very quick, friendly staff. Always pleasant and willing to answer questions when they arise. (12 months ago)

Been here numerous times and always wait at least 30 minutes past our appointment time plus the lady at the desk is very rude and unprofessional this is the cedar cross branch (9 months ago)
