Dr Henry's staff never answer the phone & NEVER return phone calls. Plus the only thing Dr Henry sees patients for is their yearly check ups. Anything else, IF you can get a response, they tell you to go to the walk in clinic. Seriously. Everything! (a week ago)

I called today (2/14/18) and spoke to Frances. She was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain how the process works, told me to make sure my doctor sent the labs over to a lab that was covered in my insurance, and she was patient through the whole process. I know exactly what to do. Talk to Frances. (3 months ago)

I gave them one star because I was very disrespected at this hospital! I went into the hospital with muscle cramps and a lot of chest pain I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk of the ER that asked me what was wrong.. I told the man I had a lot of chest pain and muscle cramps he asked how long it has been Happening I told him 2 weeks, he laughed and shaked his head and said two weeks?? I was not only disrespected but I felt discriminated against I got back into a room to be seen I was asked my medical history I told them as routine of any hospital I told the nurse that I had been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder well he wrote it down and the doctor came in and said well that's what's wrong with you and laughed with out even examining any part of my body just because they see I have a mental illness they want to laugh about this?? This disorder to me is very crippling at times. I was told by the phlebotomist that took my blood for testing that I was faking and I googled everything that I told them was going on.. this is not acceptable are nurses and doctors really supposed to treat people like this? Long story short my blood test came back and I had low potassium which is dangerous and I had a UTI. Get it together grace it's a shame to laugh and discriminate against people that have a mental illness and make them feel even worse than what they already do with a mental disorder on top of them not feeling well. Wonderful clean, caring hospital. The staff is caring, and available to help you in anyway they can. The food is great and it’s down to earth delicious. An amazing place!!! (3 months ago)

I had to go to grace because my pcp was completely full and were not taking walkins and the nurse that saw me in triage is so rude i have come twice and both times the staff is super rude. If they don't like their jobs then maybe they should look for new ones. Never will I come here again (4 months ago)
