They have taken good care off me. But yes the billing department needs help. Had kids there ,did great ,staff is very nice. (7 months ago)

Excellent staff and care for our region! So glad I don't have to drive out of town for medical care. (5 months ago)

My experience is only with the staff I encountered while visting and they were nice enough, hospital seemed very clean.. (6 months ago)

Care is ok, nurses are great but the charge is an arm and a leg for the emergency room and it's rocket science just to figure out your bill. Way to expensive to go to the ER for after hours care and it's hard to get into the clinic if there aren't many doctors on schedule. I enjoy the staff, the billing is just ridiculous. (a year ago)

the new OB doc visits have been a negative experience. I miss Dr.Long. make a long story short, I have been going to clinic since I found out we were expecting, each visit we have left less than satisfied with services. mostly because his receptionist is extremely pushy and rude. to the point were she would not even schedule me an appointment today for my 7mo check up. we are taking our $ elsewhere. sounds like im not the only one with complaints, so why does she still have a job?!?
