My grandmother was here and they told her she was just anxious. She got worse and went to Granbury and they said she was having a stroke and it should’ve gotten cared for when it first started. Also, their waiting room isn’t visitor friendly. None of the vending works and only one person asked if she could get us anything. The other one behind the desk just glanced at us, sneered, and looked away. (a month ago)

I'm only giving 3 stars because I took my kiddos last night (2 & 1) and the front desk lady was SO RUDE. BUT Dr. David was awesome and the nurses were as well. (6 months ago)

The ladies by the i guess what would be a gift shop were the only ones that were nice & friendly to be around Hated it never going back.my whole experience there was horrible (4 months ago)

Nurses were great. ER doctor was terrible. I am a paramedic that went to the ER because i got hurt and my pcp was out of the office for Thanksgiving. I had a traumatic injury to my hip. Doctor did not look at it, touch it, any of the standards of care for a physical assessment. He looked at the Xray, said "it isnt broke and the er is not a place for pain management" and walked out. I was the only person in there and he acted as if I was bothering him. I will NOT take my enemy to that doc. (8 months ago)

We had to bring our daughter in for an emergency. The staff were great. Having an ER close to our home out in the country was invaluable. Thank you for being there. (a year ago)
