Location and Directions

Being from out of town we should have used the reviews and gone elsewhere. The check in person was nice along with the Triage nurse. But after a 3 hour wait, we had to leave. (2 months ago)

I must say I was hoping that since this place became GHS it would be better but my outpatient experience here thus far has been a nightmare. I realize this is a "learning" facility but that's absolutely NO excuse for what I've endured since checking in at 6:am. What's more, there are a few capable individuals that work here; it's a shame that this is the best they can do; onc I'm home I will be taking my complaints to the next level. (5 months ago)

Staff was polite enough but we had to wait 4 hours to get a knee brace and we were one of the only patients there. (4 months ago)

Do not go here. Ever! Waited almost 3 hours. My wife 20 weeks pregnant showing symptoms of a possible blood clot and was told to come back tomorrow. 3 hrs of wait for less then a minute visit with a doctor. Or at least that's what he called himself. (4 weeks ago)

Have gone to this hospital twice for bleeding lacerations. Walked into reception bleeding, triage poorly bandaged me up without cleaning it, sent me back to the waiting room where everyone had the flu. Told me it would be a three hour wait minimum and that it would only get worse since it was only 9pm. Left the ER and waited till morning to go to my actually doctor who stitched it up as soon as I walked in. They don’t have either enough drs or have a poor assessment of people coming in. Security has to be around constantly because half the time patients have to be restrained from hurting others. Never go here, it’s better to wait until an actual office is open or watch YouTube videos on how to treat yourself. (5 months ago)
