My 2 yo fell and got a decent size gash on the back of her head. I went right to the ER. Parking was kind of weird, I couldn’t really figure out where it was ok to park and where it wasn’t. I don’t like valet but it’s pretty cool that they have a free valet parking service. The check in nurse was very patient and kind with my child who was scared. They took us back very quickly and the RN who first evaluated her was very friendly and caring towards my little one. The doctor who came in was amazing! She immediately started talking to my daughter to make her feel more comfortable. She was very gentle and patient with her. She had to get 2 small staples in her head to close the gash. The doctor made the process quick and as painless as possible! Our whole visit was less than an hour which was pretty impressive to me! My only complaint would be that the waiting areas and rooms are very dark and gloomy looking which isn’t the most relaxing setting. And can be scary for kids. Other than that we had a great experience and will definitely use the facility if needed. (5 months ago)

3/13/18 Went in by ambulance. Not sure how long I was in the er because I kept passing out but everyone in the er was excellent. Got admitted to the 8th floor and all the staff were great been in plenty of places and this is one of the best. 3/13/18 - 3/17/18 thank you to all the staff I had dealings with. Who is the Ol blonde in imaging who doesn't know what she is doing needs to go home and retire..or go back for an education (in the last week)

Was in we four hours very slow in getting children and chest pain paitients into rooms got tired if waiting left and went home with worse chest pain when telling reception nurse I was leaving she got rude and very disrespectful to me will not go to that hospital again even if I was dieing a child of five years old was made to wait four hours the parents got tired of waiting and left for home to come back tomorrow due to extremely long wait time it takes them forty minutes to clean one room this is very bad management on hospital administration's parr if you need urgent care go elsewhere or you may die waiting to see a doctor and get a room this is posted on 5/3/2018 at11:23pm pa pa giving them a one star rating was being generous on my part if you want to live and need emergency medical treatment don't go to this hospital or you will probably wait in emergency room until you die because they are too slow in getting things done and people into rooms and to see a doctor and they have very bad disorganization people leave worse than they went inside the emergency entrance so that is my suggestion to anyone needing emergency medical treatment (3 weeks ago)
