I felt my recovery nurse was excellent. She helped me to regulate my oxygen and lung capacity after The surgery. The sonogram tech and the doctor were also really good. They explained the whole process and made me feel like I was their only patient. The whole process was good. I was well taken care of and would definitely use Garden Park when needed in the future. I have used Garden Park for routine testing the last count of years. Their radiology department (especially mammography) are excellent. All staff, regardless of department, are helpful, friendly and explain everything so even a lay person can understand. In April (2018), I severed the tendon to my big toe in an accident. From the moment I got there (and this is not the closest ER to my home), thru surgery and heading for home, was 6 hours. Included the ER trip, consultation with surgeon, all labs, surgery, recovery. The hospital is clean, everyone there seems genuinely concerned not only for your well being, but also that they represent the hospital in the best possible way. No one wants to go to the hospital. So they do their best to make sure that whatever your circumstances, you are comfortable and understand what is going on. (a month ago)

I absolutely was satisfied with the staff at this hospital. They showed genuine concern for my children and myself. They kept me informed about everything from diagnosis to treatment and aftercare. I noticed that the staff seems to be completely happy and content with working at this facility. I visited here several times and every time I see the staff is truly there to help their patients to their best ability and give the most accurate answers to any health concerns. (3 months ago)

It was a very nice visit. I was the only patient at the time. I was treated very well from the initial stage through the surgery. The surgery team were outstanding. They made me feel so comfortable. The outpatient nurse was very professional and nice. I couldn’t have been treated nicer. Thank you for taking such good care of me. My surgery went well thanks to Dr Thriffiley and his team. NO STARS!! Just left w/a dear friend who has fallen on hard times. My friend is employed but the employer doesn’t offer medical insurance. My friend is sick. This hospital REFUSED treatment because my friend didn’t have $250.00 on demand. Ironically, the employer that DOES NOT offer medical insurance refuses to allow people to return to work without proof of treatment if they called out for even ONE day! America has fallen. We consistently ensure that the top 1% become richer, but average, hardworking citizens are left to die because they can’t afford treatment. Even if you’re insured, avoid these heartless a**holes, if you can. No citizen should be denied emergency treatment under ANY circumstances. Not in our country. Not ever! (4 months ago)
