I went there with excruciating back pain. They gave me a handful of prescriptions and one was for a walker which I walked in the door with. They sent me home and said follow up with your Dr. The next day I was in even worse pain and my husband had to call the ambulance. They did the same thing with the prescriptions! I ended up having to go to South suburban hospital and was never treated better! I was admitted immediately and ended up having a major back surgery that was so extensive it was 12 hours long. I was in the hospital for one month! St James is worthless! Because all of the nuns that own it are so money grubbing! (3 weeks ago)

I got in at 9 am.... Triage was calling for me before I got done telling the receptionist what I was in for! They took care of me so fast! I’m literally leaving the ER 1 hour and a half after getting there! Staff was great (a month ago)

My fiancé was involved in a car accident roughly around 12pm on 4/12/17.... the nurse came to check his vitals and brought him back out. Then has been sitting in the waiting room until roughly about 5:46pm. This is unacceptable. Have I never experienced anything like this before. I can honestly say we would have been better off driving him to West Suburban hospital where they offer excellent service and take care of the patients accordingly. (3 months ago)

The absolute worst place to go if you are having a baby. Especially if your a family and you have your husband by your side the whole time. The first night was great the nurse understood the room was tiny with little room and the so called spot to sleep was uncomfortable . Even being a veteran I have never been in a spot that uncomfortable. The first night the nurse said with it being so small and our son being in there with us I could lay with my wife .The next night nurse was rude unprofessional and had a major attitude said I had to move off the bed with her . So now wife is there alone because they have it so uncomfortable for anyone to possibly stay and now I'm away from wife and newborn son . There are a lot of better places to go and I would advise anyone to find the alternative even if they have to drive alittle farther. (4 months ago)

IF I WAS DIEING I WOULDN'T GO HERE! Rude. They just doing a job. The gas station lady has better customer service. Oh yeah parking sucks (3 months ago)
