My fiancé was involved in a car accident roughly around 12pm on 4/12/17.... the nurse came to check his vitals and brought him back out. Then has been sitting in the waiting room until roughly about 5:46pm. This is unacceptable. Have I never experienced anything like this before. I can honestly say we would have been better off driving him to West Suburban hospital where they offer excellent service and take care of the patients accordingly. (a month ago)

The absolute worst place to go if you are having a baby. Especially if your a family and you have your husband by your side the whole time. The first night was great the nurse understood the room was tiny with little room and the so called spot to sleep was uncomfortable . Even being a veteran I have never been in a spot that uncomfortable. The first night the nurse said with it being so small and our son being in there with us I could lay with my wife .The next night nurse was rude unprofessional and had a major attitude said I had to move off the bed with her . So now wife is there alone because they have it so uncomfortable for anyone to possibly stay and now I'm away from wife and newborn son . There are a lot of better places to go and I would advise anyone to find the alternative even if they have to drive alittle farther. (2 months ago)

IF I WAS DIEING I WOULDN'T GO HERE! Rude. They just doing a job. The gas station lady has better customer service. Oh yeah parking sucks (a month ago)

I delivered my son there 7/17/2017 and I had a wonderful experience. I was admitted unexpectedly and induced on 7/16/2017. My labor and delivery nurses where amazing and they made the experience as least scary as possible. I had a few complications during my labor and was terrified but the nurses did an amazing job keeping me calm and explaining everything to me as it happened and what was going to happen next. The anesthesiaologist who did my epidural was wonderful. I was terrified of getting an epidural but she kept me calm and made me laugh leading up to it to help me relax. My son was in NICU for 6 days and his nurses were absolutely amazing. They kept me up to date on everything and would not allow anyone to feed him while I was there because they knew I was coming to feed him which was important to me. Even when I had to get my NST twice a week leading up to my delivery the nurses were very nice and friendly. I am sad to see that the hospital is closing. (2 months ago)

Would be so nice if staff would stop parking in the ER parking lot. No place to park on a recent visit, but left during shift change and almost every car in the parking lot was staff. How can they allow this? (5 months ago)
