Location and Directions

Took my brother here and was welcomed by great staff at the front desk. When he was taken back it went downhill. Was asked to leave before the DR. Came in so i waited in the waiting room. Nothing was said and then heard my brother screaming from the room because they were numbing him with a needle. Never even saw the DR. I'm a firm believer if you don't like your job and you have cannot talk to families of your patients then you should not be working an E.R. worst experience I've ever had at a hospital. I have had to take multiple family members here for various reasons, and I was here as well. It is AMAZING and I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff, from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, is courteous, respectful, and professional. I am SO glad they opened up here in Munster. Whether you are going to the ER or to get a procedure done or are admitted, you will be treated with kindness and compassion. I would give it 100 stars if I could. (7 months ago)

I agree with all the negative reviews whole heartedly. Subpar bedside manner, customer service. Nurse & Dr. very dismissive. They seem unconcerned with your issues or pain. Took an absurd amount of time to check in, get in a room, see A Dr, get a urine test. Everything took longer than necessary. Even when I explained my previous history Dr. simply said take something over the counter and dismissed me and my concerns. First and last visit to this hospital! (3 months ago)

Dont go to this hospital they are working with the insurance . you will have to pay out of pocket if they think it's not emergency (in the last week)

Nurse was professional and friendly. My problem with the hospital is sending me to collections with Miramed when I was paying the hospital. Apparently, if it is not paid in full and you are making payments to the hospital they send you to collections. Miramed calls you and asks to verify your zip code and date of birth before you give them any information. Seems very strange to me. Every person I have spoken to is rude and uninformed about my payment history. (7 months ago)
