Location and Directions

We have been here often and the staff has always been kind and courteous. Attentive and considerate. Today we had Theresa, Alyssa (love her), Jeff, there are others whose names I didn't get. My uncle is over 90 and they always feed him good, keep him comfortable and meet as many of his needs as possible. (4 weeks ago)

Poor service, long wait times with no follow up from nursing staff or MD. After labs are drawn they leave you in a waiting room for hours with no communication. They don’t check your pain scale, your condition to see if your symptoms worsened, they just leave you sitting. Will never seek medical treatment here again. Gave 1 star because that was the lowest if there was a negative or zero I’d give that. (in the last week)

By far the worst experience ive ever had. Im literally still sitting here in the waiting room, its been over 4 hours. Im here for a possible clot in my lung. Pretty serious... they couldnt care at all. Im about to leave as im writing this. Don't come here unless you want to gamble your life in the waiting room. Charge nurse teresa is a real piece of work as well. NEVER AGAIN. (a month ago)

no communication with the patient whatsoever. The nurse asked me basic questions and left. the doctor comes in, makes some observations and leaves WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. They end up giving me 3 unnecessary tests that I could have proven didn't need to be done had they asked me some simple questions regarding what they were testing... staff doesn't seem to care at all acted like they hated working there. whole 5 hour experience was a COMPLETE waste of time. will be avoiding this sad excuse of a hospital at all costs. I'm here now so far considering leaving but feeling awful. They took me to see the triage nurse. I left my nephew in the waiting room. Someone invited him back then the triage nurse start asking confidential questions that only share on a need to know basic. Some close family, close friends and medical staff. Stuff that's important I had to hold back because someone took upon themselves to not respect my privacy. (6 months ago)
