Have been trying to communicate with billing department leave message and still wont get in touch. Very unprofessional, i guess their waiting for your bill to be late in order to charge late fees. Only person being proffesional there is the receptionist she does her best to communicate you with billing. I guess she should be the one to take payments seens shes the only person who answers the phone. (4 months ago)

On 2 March 2018.. I went for ankle surgery.. I was told to register on the 1st .. I told them I had no Tranportation..that I would have to register on the day of surgery which I was told to report at 6 am..The WOMAN was annoyed/upset...she then told me to report at 5 am..and to be there 1/2 hour earlier...well we showed up at 4:30 am...they ended registering me at about 6:30...Later I was told to change to a hospital gown which I complied...the nurse then asked / told me ...whose going to move me...well I guess one of the employees...she got upset and said whose going TO PICK ME UP? I THEN ANSWERED MY WIFE...YOY SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH...WELL THEN I WAS SEDATED...FOR THE OPERATION...WHEN I WAS WAKING UP MY WIFE WAS THERE...THEY KEPT WAKING ME UP...AS I WAS STILL VERY GROGGY...THEY WANTED ME ...OUT...LATER THEY TOLD ME to put on my pants and shirt... I they started installing the cast... they could have given me a gown or instructed me to bring a wife was called at 1 pm.. while still at work...she told them that she gets off at an hour...they then told her to get /leave work ..NOW!!! SHE COMPLIED...WE DIDNT LIVE THE HOSPITAL TILL 3:30!!!......THAT HOSPITAL IS OUTRIGHT ...RUDE..DISPICABLE... I'LL NOTIFY THE V.A. AND TRI-WEST...AS I AM A UNITED STATES AIR FORCE VETERAN....I TOO WILL LET MY ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON KNOW... I'LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT DISGUSTING BUILDING...BAD SERVICE...AS THEY WANTED ME ...OUT!!! Very great hospital, and very professional staff. (2 months ago)

I went in with an injured arm and before I signed paperwork I asked how long it would be before I was seen. The clerk assured me it would not take long, so I filled out paperwork. After 2 1/2 hours of not being seen, I went back up to the clerk and asked how much longer. She then stated that it was going to be a long time because both rooms are full and they are waiting for x ray results and then they needed to be reviewed. This place only has 2 rooms for incoming paitents. I then asked if I leave will I be charged, she said no because they would notate that I was not seen. Guess who got a bill for $250 to sit in the waiting room?! I called and stated that I shouldn't be charged because no services were performed but since I signed paperwork to be admitted (thinking I wouldn't have a long wait because I was told by the clerk I wouldn't) I am still going to be charged. I then asked what I was being charged for, because no services were performed, they stated they could offer 1/2 off but I would still have to pay. I understand that I signed paperwork, but what are they charging me for?! Avoid our this place like the plague unless you feel like being ripped off! (a year ago)

I was scheduled to have surgery and went to register at the hospital. I was asked to give a deposit, which I did. I gave $1500.00 on a credit card. I then changed my mind and decided not to have the surgery. I contacted them that same week and they said they would return the deposit. A month passed, and no check. I then contacted the main office in San Antonio. They said they would be mailing me a check. Now another month has passed and still no check. So now I will have the charge disputed by the credit card company, which I should've done in the first place. I thought I would get my money back with no problems, but obviously not. I will update my review once I get my money back. (a year ago)
