Avoid at all cost!! Especially an internal medicine personnel that poses as a dr.! Condescending attitude and very rude. Nurses try to do the right thing but somehow they code got changed from what we set it at for information and no one knew that nor could they tell us who changed it. They would not listen to the whole background and health of the patient. They will send my mother home helpless and unable to care for herself. I’m sure some of that is insurance but they know what needs to be done and should make sure someone understands and is capable of doing it or they will be right back in there. I guess that’s their goal...repeat customers not health! (in the last week)

Very poor ER care. Slow, sub-standard care. No one in the ER waiting room and still no beds? Paperwork is the top concern. The nurse at the end of the visit told my friend there wasn't anything more they could do and that their job was done if he didn't die. One heck of a mission statement if you ask me. There was plenty more they could have done. Plenty. But see, they will get paid for the ER visit by the health care company. Why provide anything that actually helps. Go elsewhere for care if you can. You deserve better. (3 months ago)

My brother is in CCU and the doctors and nurses have been very nice and takes care of my brother. The doctors have explained everything in terms that they make sure we understand what is going on. We have no problem with this hospital at all. Very courteous staff . We would recommend this hospital. (4 months ago)

The only issue I have ever had was the waiting time. The front desk gals sit and chat waaay to much(and about other patients I might add, I heard details and specifics about another gentleman that was being treated there but was still in the waiting area, they were laughing and talking about him and his issues; WHAT HAPPENED TO HIPPA). My daughter had a double ear infection and we went here because they are close and my dad had a good experience here with his surgery and post care, etc. Her and I sat and waited for 2 hours, then were brought back to triage to just be sent back out into the waiting room for another 45 minutes. All of this while my daughter was screaming and crying because of her infection(she is five). I had the flu last year and got really dehydrated and weak. I was well cared for. Waited an hour which I didn't mind I was so weak I just slept while I waited. Was cared for well by everyone and even received a phone call a few days after to ask how I was feeling. Thank you for being fabulous! If the wait times weren't so long I would have given five stars. (3 months ago)

Staff has always been great any time I've been there. I have taken my mother there several times and never had a problem. Er staff stays busy and sometimes there is a wait but the wait normally is because something else more emergent is going on. (6 months ago)
