Normal wait time that comes with an ER, staff was professional and friendly and was very helpful with the situation. Normally don't do hospital review's but after seeing the low rating that i find inaccurate i decided to do one. I was here visiting from out of state. (2 weeks ago)

I was very nervous when my husband had severe pain that wound him up at this ER when first seeing the ratings. The staff was great. RN Tom was awesome and went above and beyond. He got my girls popsicles as we waited to see what was wrong with my husband. They made sure to keep his pain down and got him in right away. Dr. Hale made sure to explain everything to us and got my husband taken care of promptly. Thank you for helping our family when we needed you! (a month ago)

Avoid at all cost!! Especially an internal medicine personnel that poses as a dr.! Condescending attitude and very rude. Nurses try to do the right thing but somehow they code got changed from what we set it at for information and no one knew that nor could they tell us who changed it. They would not listen to the whole background and health of the patient. They will send my mother home helpless and unable to care for herself. I’m sure some of that is insurance but they know what needs to be done and should make sure someone understands and is capable of doing it or they will be right back in there. I guess that’s their goal...repeat customers not health! (a month ago)

I was admitted for six days and the treatment and care was excellent. Even the meals were great. (3 weeks ago)

Very poor ER care. Slow, sub-standard care. No one in the ER waiting room and still no beds? Paperwork is the top concern. The nurse at the end of the visit told my friend there wasn't anything more they could do and that their job was done if he didn't die. One heck of a mission statement if you ask me. There was plenty more they could have done. Plenty. But see, they will get paid for the ER visit by the health care company. Why provide anything that actually helps. Go elsewhere for care if you can. You deserve better. (5 months ago)
