I would put zero stars if I could. The ER rooms are dirty and the linens are all stained, even blood on the floor and dirty bathrooms with overflowing trashcans. Explain to me please- how I hear all the staff laughing and talking yet it takes OVER AN HOUR AFTER SEEING THE DOCTOR-just to be seen by A nurse. Then another 90 minutes for her to give a freaking pill for pain. Are you serious? Ants in the lobby, moths and bugs in the rooms, careless staff members. And don’t bother pushing the call bell, because even after calling more than twice the nurse still won’t show up for at least 45 minutes. If you want to go to a place to waste your entire day and be handed some Tylenol and a ridiculous medical bill, then this is the perfect place for you. (2 months ago)

We encountered poor personal under trained. Seriously need to give employee more care training and how to handle paients. They were many red flags. (2 weeks ago)

They diagnosed my aunt with a "stomach virus" three whole days despite vomiting and fainting. Then they accused it of being a tumor. We took her to San Antonio and it turned out to be a hemorrhagic stroke. The fact that they completely misdiagnosed something that was so severe is legitimately disgusting and it not only traumatized my entire family and scared us for life, it makes me worry about others who are taken here and suffer due to the lack of care from this horrible hospital. If you need better medical attention, please please PLEASE go to San Antonio. It's not worth losing a life over nurses who don't bother putting the effort. Go somewhere where they actually care. It's much safer and reliable. I won't be bothering to complain to this hospital cuz clearly they don't listen to the reviews here. This isn't the first time a stroke has been misdiagnosed in my family by this hospital. I'm just putting my input so that others can be weary and have a better chance to live than waste their time here at Fort Duncan hospital. Again, go to San Antonio, they're so much better. Staff nor doctors won't care about you unless your status is well-off or a close friend. For simple procedures, you will spend an eternity waiting and left in the dark. Not sure if everyone is really that busy or understaffed, GREATLY. (4 months ago)

I shouldn't have to wait almost 2 hours just to register. 5 star facilities with 2 star staffing, it's pretty evident this hospital is severely understaffed. (3 months ago)
