I would like to thank all the staff that greated me with love, care and respect. On the day of my surgery from the security guard who said Good Morning to all the amazing staff that assisted me, took time to explain all details of my procedure, each person greeted me with a smile and introduced their self. I was so relaxed and was at ease because they let me know I was in good capable hands. They each took their roles seriously and professionally. When I awoke I was still greated with that same caring professionalism. To my skillful Dr. John Kelly and his wonderful team, thank you for taking excellent care in getting me back on my feet again!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!πŸ˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‰ (3 weeks ago)

Took my daughter in and the doctor who saw her was awesome ( Dr. Michael Stone)explained everything had a great attitude. The nurses were also very friendly; Would really recommend this place to anyone . (a month ago)

On a recent visit to Pediatrics, I saw a patient being transported to the shower on a gurney and the gurney had an overpower odor. After closer inspection, I realized that the underside of the gurney had mildew and air was coming out of the attached tube. I proceeded to speak with the patient’s mother who informed me that she had let the staff know various times, but they have not done anything. It seems that the staff is very negligent. I advised the mother to seek assistance from the Department of Health. I feel really sorry for the patients that have to endure this type of environment. (a month ago)

I was there in November 2017 for observation due to high sugar levels (diabetes) for a day. The food was awesome, the bed was like my own sleep number bed! Lol! The staff were very friendly and not so fast-paced like the other hospitals. However, being diabetic comes with frequent urination, and there are NO bathrooms. If you need to go, they'll bring you a chair with rollers that has a bucket under the seat. Strange. Better than going on the floor, I guess. Another strange thing I noticed was you don't ever see a doctors-just nurses! So, if you have any questions for the doctor, you ask the nurses then they get back to you. Even getting discharged is through the nurse. I just found the whole experience a little different. (5 months ago)

Thank you for the light Carlos in ER and Julianna my angel nurse you both went over and above for me. Genuine souls. (3 weeks ago)
