I cannot say enough good about this Hospital. My son was a patient in ICU. We were treated as though we were the only ones there. Although we knew full well we weren't. He was given the best of care! Once there was a cumulative decision made by several specialists he was transported to Florida Hospital on Williamson where he underwent open heart surgery. Life saving surgery! Although all medical professionals were aware that the cause of his condition was a direct result of IV drug use, not a soul treated him nor me as though we were dirty or less important than any other patient. His life was saved and although he did pass away it was not their fault at all. He relapsed after his life was saved. I hear so much bad about this Hospital and yet to this day almost 7 years later I still return to the Chapel on the anniversary of his passing and feel so many angels there. These people do their very best to not only offer excellent medical care but also kindness, and human compassion. (2 weeks ago)

Hospital ER was clean and efficient. I'm surprised I didn't even have to wait. The staff was very nice to me and efficient. Overall the experience here was a good one. Compared to my last hospital stay (which practically stopped me from ever going to a hospital again) this was the complete opposite of that. The staff actually did their job well and were pleasant about it. Thanks to my nurse Brittany and Dr. Moses. (2 weeks ago)

I ended up here about 3 years ago and it was TERRIBLE!! In complete agreeance with all the negative commentary written here. Now on to my current visit (4/10/18) absolutely WONDERFUL. When I tell you I had the best experience being in a hospital...(I know that sounds strange) but it was, I tell you no lies. The triage nurse was a bit impersonal but w/e. I was taken back to a room immediately and treated very promptly by one of the most nicest, patient, kind hearted, compassionate doctor I have EVER met...Dr. Livingston. That man is an angel. He sat and talked with me, explained everything, and got me treated promptly. He always came back to check on me to make sure I was comfy, that mans bedside manners is world class. I only wish we had more doctors like him... hell people in general for that matter. Anyway I could go on all day raving about that guy but I digress! Lol Both of my experiences here were like night and day. Like I said three years ago if I got shot in front of this place I’d ask to be taken elsewhere, however TODAY....I would recommend this hospital to all my friends and family. My care was A-1 top notch from admission to discharge, to the nurses, doctor, techs and everyone in between! THANK YOU Dr. Livingston and Florida hospital Flagler for taking such great care of me. Dr. Livingston and PA Dennis took awesome care of my soon to be 3 year old granddaughter suffered a broken left clavicle from a fall. She was obviously in extreme pain, and was taken back immediately to the Rapid Assessment Area. I saw Dr. Livingston, whose bedside manner and kindness is 3nd to none. Her treating doctor was a PA, Dennis. Being that Florida Hospital Flagler has very little pediatric specialties, her nurse, Amy, and the 2 x-ray techs all were awesome. Thanks for making a scary time somewhat better for my grandbaby! (2 weeks ago)

My wife was taken to the ER because of a possible heart attack. Staff personnel were fine, although some testing had to be redone because it was not properly done first time. The ER room attached bathroom was absolutely filthy, as well as the hallways in the nurse's station area. I brought it to their attention and the response is they keep trying to get housekeeping to do a better job. You would expect a hospital this size to be exceptionally clean with sanitized bathrooms and hallways that are cleaned and polished. This one was a disgrace!! It's no wonder that this hospital receives such low ratings. (a month ago)
