I cannot say enough good about this Hospital. My son was a patient in ICU. We were treated as though we were the only ones there. Although we knew full well we weren't. He was given the best of care! Once there was a cumulative decision made by several specialists he was transported to Florida Hospital on Williamson where he underwent open heart surgery. Life saving surgery! Although all medical professionals were aware that the cause of his condition was a direct result of IV drug use, not a soul treated him nor me as though we were dirty or less important than any other patient. His life was saved and although he did pass away it was not their fault at all. He relapsed after his life was saved. I hear so much bad about this Hospital and yet to this day almost 7 years later I still return to the Chapel on the anniversary of his passing and feel so many angels there. These people do their very best to not only offer excellent medical care but also kindness, and human compassion. (2 months ago)

Hospital ER was clean and efficient. I'm surprised I didn't even have to wait. The staff was very nice to me and efficient. Overall the experience here was a good one. Compared to my last hospital stay (which practically stopped me from ever going to a hospital again) this was the complete opposite of that. The staff actually did their job well and were pleasant about it. Thanks to my nurse Brittany and Dr. Moses. (2 months ago)

Not very please, I had my wife go to the emergency room because of excessive bleeding. We wanted to know if our baby was doing okay. Well they did their test had her hooked up to an IV. Then when I called i talked with one of the nurses who told me she was going to be transferred to St. Augustine by ambulance. My sister decided to take my wife instead. Without insurance the ambulance ride would cost us a fortune. What we didn't understand is why would she need to be transferred. If all the hospital in St Augustine was going to do was run the same test. These hospitals do not communicate with each other. Very disappointed now I'll be expecting two Bill's for the same service. Currently here since 6/2/18, and the staff has been amazing. After my surgery, the nurses on my floor came to my room with a lit candle on a cake and sang my son happy birthday! They helped us celebrate even though I (mom) am here and was sad about missing his special day. These are the things that really show they care. ALSO, while in pre-op, a nurse walked by and came back to my room. She remembers me from 2 yrs ago! As did the nurse who was prepping me. Really meant a lot and made me feel special. I wish I could type everyone's name, as they deserve to be recognized for going above expectations. Made this fun instead of miserable. Definitely redeemed my faith after the disasters I dealt with in 2016-17 here. THANK YOU ALL!!! (a month ago)

Two of the drs I had in the emergency room. We're Talking to each other saying occasionally you'll get one of those people I confronted him he said of course I don't know what your talking about. They admitted me just to tell me they don't have the proper dr. I thought this was a Christian hospital when they admitted me I had some staff saying should we be judging this why cause I'm young. Another one wearing black scrubs asking is he trying to show off. I'm on a iv barley can right I'm trying to show off you idiot. When people are in pcu we are trying to get better. that was making disconnect the iv myself and leave. think before you speak How dare you. keep your comments to yourself. Some of the staff was very down to earth. Bringing me ice packs I didn't even ask. (a month ago)
