They were extremely caring, compassionate, and friendly. My wife went in with stomach pains and they brought us in quickly, we met with the doctor immediately, and the nurses were fantastic. They were so helpful in alleviating her nervousness and pain. I highly recommend someone to come here if they need help urgently. Amazing crew! They were some of the most friendly staff I have met in a hospital. (3 months ago)

Every time that I have been to Flaget Memorial Hospital I have been extremely pleased with the way that I have been treated. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and the treatment has been great. (3 weeks ago)

I never been so diappointed in a hospital like I have this one. Been here for over two hrs. Been taking people that came in after me before me. This used to be the only place I would want to come too but the hell with this hospital. (10 months ago)

this is the worst hospital i have ever been too. i went in last night with a busted head and stab womb. she cleaned my head, got a cat scan and she said they would look at my stab womb but she came in and released me with not saying anything about my head or even looking at my stab womb. they gave me a script for pain and nothing while i was there and the nurse when she cleaned my head didn't have gloves on. its a nasty place.she dropped the plastic that go'es on the thermometer after she used it on me and put it back on thermometer. what is wrong with this place. so off to e-town hospital and flaget hospital better get it together and hope i'm ok !!! Ever since they joined Kentucky One, their service has gone to crap. I've noticed that most of the doctors outside of the hospital has, too. At Flaget, my husband, who has a terminal illness, was stuck in the ambulance supply room for 8 hours. They didn't draw blood or do anything to help him. Not even a bag of saline. The last time I was there, I was under the care of my doctor for scoliosis. I was working at a computer and stretched and my arms went numb. My GP (whom is affiliated with Flaget) told me to go to the ER and she was going to fax an imaging order and tell them to send it to her and my neurologist asap. Well, I went. The doctor there asked if I was in pain, I told her no because I had medications at home that I just needed imaging done. She left the room and came back 20 minutes later and told me to leave. I was confused over her demeanor. I went to my GP a month later to get my medication and strength test and this ER doctor had called her and told her she believed I was a pill shopper. I lost my doctor and my neurologist that day. I haven't been back to the doctor since and that was 4 years ago. I refuse to go to Dr. Johnson or Flaget. Or any Kentucky One physician. They're very rude at the desk, they will release you just for wanting a second opinion, they try to start arguments with you, they hang up on you, and they do not know how to communicate with other specialists. I actually had to make my own referral to my neuro. That whole place up there is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever seen. (a year ago)
