The doctors are usually rude and think they are so special. I deal with the staff roughly twice a week. Travis Mead is especially rude. Keep away! (2 weeks ago)

I was there for a three night stay because of an MS exacerbation. They took really good care of me and are helping me to figure out how to get assistance paying for it. (3 weeks ago)

Had to register for blood draw which took about 15 minutes of waiting. After registration got brought back to lab and sat in a chair for another 15 minites waiting for someone to take blood. Pretty well done with using this place. (5 months ago)

I had an appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Harwood at Fisher Titus convenient care when my daughter could not be seen by our primary caregiver. Being seen by Dr. Jeffrey Harwood was by far the worst medical experience I have ever had! He had absolutely no interest in hearing my concerns, nor did he explain any solutions to the problem. He blatantly insulted my intelligence, as well as my parenting. I left the appointment disappointed and attempted get a second opinion with the physician's assistant. I was than told by Dr. Harwood that I would not be seeing the physician's assistant, and that he told her not to see or speak with me. He gave me the option of being seen by him again, or leaving the building. He then told me that I was "physician shopping" and that I would "go to whoever I needed to in order to get what I want". My issue is not that Dr. Harwood and I couldn't agree on an appropriate treatment for my daughter, that is why I wanted a second opinion. My issue the way he spoke to me, and the fact that I was denied treatment for my four year old. This is absolutely unacceptable. (4 months ago)

After my c-section the nurses refused to help with my twins saying they were "too busy". The nurses were the meanest and most unprofessional group of women I have ever encountered. I was called names by them and what should have been a beautiful experience, they made a nightmare. I liked my doctor though...just being honest...48 hours and I could not wait to go home. I asked to leave as soon as possible. I was told I wasted my food (which was terrible) by one of the nurses and was scolded for not wanting additional pain medication. Never again. (7 months ago)
