I'm extremely impressed with this hospital. I was a bit leery since its rating is so low however they handled my case professionally with ease. From the er to my stay on 3 North for several days the staff was incredibly empethetic, and focused to figure out what was causing my issue. Low and behold they did figure out the puzzle and wouldn't let me leave until I was stable and they were confident in the numbers. Kudos FHN Dr's, and nursing staff and thank you so much for getting me back on track to living life to the fullest again. (2 months ago)

Was there for 5 days and 4; nights, didn't see my doctor until the last day, than he signed my release papers (a month ago)

This is a great place that will take good care of you. (3 months ago)

Very happy with my surgery! Good doctor and staff. (5 months ago)

My mom went in last night. She was in terrible pain. Her throat swelled up. Couldn't swallow or talk. It came on very suddenly. The doctor quickly looked in her throat. Didn't feel her neck and throat which was visibly swollen. Did a strep culture incorrectly. Gave her a huge motrin, in pill which she could not swallow! She said something and they ignored it. She said she had a virus and that was it. She ended up leaving without being discharged. She was there from 10pm-4am. Just disappointing. FHN needs to work on their care for patients. This isn't the first issue we have ran into (a year ago)
