If I could give my experience a 0 stars - I would. It was HORRRIBLE. Spent 7.5 hours in the E-R saw a Dr for less than 40mins. He was rushed, short staffed and did not listen to me at all. I left with a $30K bill for one ultrasound and a misdiagnosis that cost me a lot more than money and a waste of my time. Some of the most incompetent people EVER. They did not stop into my ER room to offer us ANYTHING. Not even water. We sat there, alone for the better part of a day - waiting. And when the Dr was able to see me, all he talked about is how the other DR on call did not show. Told me I had the flu, gave me massive pain killers and booted me out. I later found out I have a twist in my small bowel. I complained a week after I saw a specialist and challenged the $30k bill. they just sent me a letter letting me know that they reviewed my case and feel that I still owe them. Well as far as I am concerned I owe it to all of you to let you know just how HORRIBLE they are. (a week ago)

If you can, stay away from this hospital. They are losing multiple doctors at alarming rates, and are now losing a whole department. I would rather suffer a widowmaker and take the chance drive to Enloe before ever trusting adventist health feather river with any of my family or friends, STAY CLEAR. (2 months ago)

We were told to be there to check in by 10:30. Once back in our final destination, we sat for over 30 minutes without being acknowledged. I had to ask how much longer. We are finally taken back an hour after our admitting time. Two hours later we are still waiting. Meanwhile, my son has been fasting since the night before and has now missed breakfast and lunch. The lack of communication and long wait times is ridiculous. I will do my best to never come here again! (a year ago)

Dr masj is wonderful! As is his whole staff. The lab is great, even tho my favorite lady been gone for over a year now. All surgeries there were a success also (9 months ago)

First off, this hospital is great. The service, the speed, the attentiveness, staff, and food (especially the food). Not only are almost all the staff that I encountered professional; but they're also very personable and many of them went above and beyond to spend extra time with me -- talking to me and making conversation to help the time pass quicker while I was there. The issue that a lot of people on here aren't taking into account is that they're not comparing this hospital to other ones. When compared with other hospitals in california (and I've been a patient at a good number of them throughout my life for chronic issues), this hospital's definitely one of the better ones. And this includes ER wait times, food, and service from the staff. (a year ago)
