Nobody answered the phone! I had to call three times before someone picked up the phone! Dr Best? Brest? Rude and unhelpful. An ER doctor that wouldn’t even communicate with the patients family. The nurses had a very unpleasant attitude and didn’t communicate very well either. Stay away if at all possible! And who’s saying that the food is good? (a month ago)

I been there a few times and nurses couldn't be any nicer the staff was great the doctors where aswome (4 months ago)

I been to Falmouth Hospital lots times and my experience have been so good they staff is so nice and knowledgeable (3 months ago)

Brought our 5 year old in Sunday morning when we noticed swelling and redness around a small cut on her foot. Staff was VERY nice, diagnosed staph, administered IV and prescribed antibiotics. Told us, "please let us know if the redness increases at all. Called back late in day after redness spread. Told on phone that they were concerned so we came back in. After waiting 2 hours to be seen, we were told abruptly, "I wouldn't be concerned unless swelling/redness spread to knee" (!) This morning, foot MUCH worse. Finally contacted our pediatrician. Was told prescribed dosage too low and not frequent enough - increased both. Also, now if no improvement by end of day we must go to Children's in Boston for admission. Shame on you FH! Great community hospital that has grown dramatically since it's inception. Like anywhere there are good days and bad days here, but overall have had only pleasant experience. The only drawback is there are no Cardiac or GI Drs on call over the weekend (8 months ago)
