Location and Directions

The majority of the times I have been here for various reasons either for myself or family member the experience has been great. On occasion there has been a worker that didn't seen to put 100% into their job but we can all have a bad day now and then. I admit the wait time in the ER can be long at times. Especially after taking you back to a bed. But everyone was always friendly & helpful. Things seem to be changing a lot with the remodel so hopefully it will help with productivity & faster more efficient/effective patient care. As for me Excela Health Frick has been my choice for many, many years. It also will continue to be for many more unless something drastically happens. The records department is also the best, most helpful & friendliest around! (2 months ago)

Much needed review - an immediate family member of mine went to this hospital for emergency cardiac issues. On a trip to gather their belongings and return, I pulled into the parking lot and made my way towards the back lot to park. A "security" guard, older guy, probably in his 60s, overweight, jumps out into the road and starts wailing his hands and screaming at me as I drove by. I parked then asked if there was a problem. The guard claimed I was "speeding" through the lot, which is 5mph, and I know for a fact how fast I was going - I was going between 5 and 7mph. My speed appears on my windshield HUD. The guard continued to argue with me, nearly getting physical, then threatened to throw me off the property for arguing with him. I called the police. The police came and addressed it, however I reported the issue to management and they were already aware of the guards behavior. The hospital itself is a joke, most staff are inattentive, slow response times, rude. Most other negative reviews here hit the nail on the head... If you can, go somewhere else. (4 months ago)

Fast and attentive service, however I observed blood on the ER floor and the housekeeper came through with the equivalent of a Swiffer, wet with vinegar and only did the pathway where everyone walks. One swipe not even the entire pathway. It smelled awful and the floor looks terrible. Definitely not helping to kill any germs during the worst flu season. The blood is still here and it wasn't ours. If I could post a picture I definitely would. (5 months ago)

12 hour wait to see a dr. then an 8 hour wait. I just left this place without getting to see a dr even after waiting so many hours. their physical therapy is a real joke; when I was there, there were these two guys that worked there, one older and one younger. They had the most appalling attitude's. What was very disturbing was that, when woman came in, these two male "therapist" would rush to them and lay them down on the bed and put their hands all over these woman "messaging" them. But, when men arrived these therapists wouldn't touch them even though they had the same injuries. It was so disgusting to see. These woman were being violated and didn't even know it. Terrible oversite here. (4 months ago)

I'm so mad with them I wish I didn't have to give stars to make the review they call cys cause my son got sick and call cys cause I literally how to leave my appointment because there's no place to change him there to the ER so we had a poopy diaper for 10 minutes and he has a diarrhea so as soon as I got in and could get his diaper changed I did they saw me change his diaper and heard me say I left my appointment to bring him here (3 months ago)
