I do not recommend the birthing spa in Stanford. I had such a horrific experience there, it took me and my husband 7 years to decide to have another child. I ended up in an emergency c-section due to negligent staff throughout my second and third trimester. Incompetence with the obgyns is unnerving and the facilities are nothing like they say it is on the website. I was not offered a birthing ball, the massage chair was broken and would not turn on, the tub is a standard tub, and if you plan on a natural birth it will be fought at the time of labor there. You will be hooked up to everything and put flat on your back while they use every intervention known because you have went into labor just 8 hours previously. When that doesn’t work they stand there just looking confused until you give into a c-section. Not a good place. St. Joe east in Lexington would be much better in terms of hospital births. My friend had two great experiences there. :) (4 months ago)

I recently spent three days as an inpatient. I have been there numerous times for diagnostic testing procedures. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. I found the hospital to be very clean. The care I received was excellent and I would have no problem using that hospital again if the situation arose. (11 months ago)

Fast in and out through E.R. , nice and caring staff. Only had a problem there one time and it was due to an X-ray tech and not actual E.R staff. There OB is amazing and so are the nurses in OB.anytime I have ever been to Danville I am there waiting to go back at least 2-3 hours. Fort Logan has never been longer than maybe 30 mins (a year ago)

Aeful service dont need even 1 star (a year ago)

Services? Excellent. Billing and payments? Ridiculous! I called to make payment on an account a few weeks after having major surgery and was told I couldn't receive the normal 30% discount because they'd already offered it to me. When asked when, they then stated they'd contacted me about payment "right after my surgery!?!" Who on Earth tries to talk business/finances with someone right AFTER major surgery??! I was so medicated and in and out of consciousness I don't even remember the conversation?!! Then to make matters worse, they told me the conversation in question happened via telephone. Telephone! Not even an actual visit from a financial counselor! Cause maybe had it been an actual person I might have remembered something. Now I'm stuck paying a huge sum for an entire week's hospital stay, all because of a conversation that happened on the phone just hours after I'd come out of surgery. Completely unacceptable and bad business practices. (a year ago)
