Location and Directions

Was more than impressed with everyone I came in contact with from the time I entered the E.R. to the time I was discharged a day and a half later. Services were fast, entire staff bent over backwards to deal with my issue and to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Carrissa, my ER nurse, was amazing as were Jemimah and Rebecca up in surgical. Had so many departments and people doing things to me and every one of them was professional and pleasant. Well done EGH. (3 months ago)

Zero confidence in their ability to care for my father. Went in for a gallbladder and spent an entire week. Poor communication - had to page the Dr on day 6 for first meeting/update. They are capable, competent BUT DO NOT CARE. Common refrain heard on the 6th floor: "I don't do that. It's ok. But...". You're better off. No matter what's wrong you're better off not going to Elkhart General. (4 months ago)

I have always been treated well here. From appointments to short-term stays everything is always been great and people have been very helpful and courteous. (a month ago)

The worst hospital in the entire michiana area. It's a complete hit and miss if they actually know what they are doing. Rather send you home with pain meds than actually fix the problem. Let me not even get started with the outpatient testing staff. All two of them!! Dumber than a box of rocks. If your mother didn't teach you how to have decent and kind manners here's a little tip, DONT WORK WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC! (3 months ago)

Great Drs, nurse's, all staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable,. Explain things well. Great team. (3 months ago)
