This was 5 years ago... My daughter had multiple seizures when she was a kid. My wife and I called 911. Th first hospital (wbamc) that they took my daughter me was almost beating up my daughter. My daughter was screaming bloody murder. I had to scream stop at the doctor. I ask the lead doctor to take my daughter some where else. They sent my daughter to El paso children's hospital. The nurses were super friendly and were very gentle towards my daughter. The doctors were great. Gave my daughter proper care. The environment was super clean. When my daughter felt better had big smile on her face. My daughter is slowly recovering today from that but children's hospital did a good job with her. Thank you so much for giving her the right care. 5 stars (a week ago)

Got top notch A++ care today for our son who broke his farm. 36 mins there he had Xrays and had been seen by Doctor and intern. Nurses were awesome. So impressed with the great care. Thank you staff!! (3 weeks ago)

Worst stay ever! No medical supplies for my very sick son while admitted. I see my son getting EXTREMELY ill because of them now since some meds are not given at times. But because they have to "cut back" it means we're screwed and possibly living at EPCH! (2 weeks ago)

Horrible experience. Best part of our visit was the ambulance ride to the hospital. After that it was all DOWNHILL. Took 2 hrs to be seen by a doctor, we were told they would see us quickly, because the EMT’s called it in and because well, we showed up in an AMBULANCE... nope... we sat in the dirty, trash-laden, non-kid friendly waiting room with my sons temperature at 105.4 degrees! for 2HOURS to see a doctor. On the verge of seizure, and we WAIT. We would’ve gotten better treatment with a $5 bottle of Motrin at WALGREENS! Everyone in my family, physicians, RN’s, firefighters, were shocked they didn’t do an IV. Dirty facilities, slow, incompetent staff. Medical “professionals” were arguing about lab results. I saw one staff member bully another staff-member into submission about my sons lab results. It was surreal. Charts were out of date. Rude desk clerk, I could go on and on... oh! And I found out why there are so few beds there, why it takes so long to be seen.... the CMA’s or CNA’s whatever they are (sure hope they’re not RN’s that would break my heart) are at the nurses station laughing their butts off playing with filters on SNAPCHAT!! Meanwhile, A few of us were occupying beds just waaaaiting to be discharged. This is a disgrace to children’s hospitals everywhere, I apologize to the kind doctor and specialist we met with, I’m sorry that you two are surrounded by lazy, morally abhorrent individuals. I hope you two find great success in another hospital. (3 weeks ago)

Horrible. VERY LITTLE tolerance for a toddler with fever. Sassy attitude when we came back asking if it was normal for our sons nose to bleed after the flu checkup. Personally for me she went too far with that stupid stick up his nose !!! And that why he started bleeding. No need to take out her frustration on any child, regardless if it has been a busy, or hectic day as we can see it was!!!!! (3 months ago)
