Literally only giving one star because the ladies upfront were nice. The doctor that my husband Shouldn’t even be called a doctor. He came in, took one look at my husband’s toe (severely infected in grown toe nail) and he basically said, “well we can give you something for the infection, but we can’t take the ingrown toenail out.” SERIOUSLY? My husband is having to miss work because of this. (a week ago)

Great experience's SEVERAL times. I have used the Ed Fraser ER for family emergencies several times in the last year and can't say enough good things about the facility. The communication was excellent and wait times were very short to be admitted and for diagnostic testing. I won't hesitate to use them in the future and am so glad to have such reliable, knowledgeable healthcare in MacClenny. Keep up the good work, Ed Fraser! (2 months ago)

They don't even deserve 1 star. The only reason I go here is because it's right around the corner and can't afford gas $ to go somewhere else. Last time I was here they didn't even check me for what I came in for 1st. They checked me for something completely different 1st. There will literally be 2 people sitting in the waiting room but it will still take them 3 hours to take you back because everyone is just sitting/standing around talking!! I even brought my INFANT SON here because he was having an ALLERGIC REACTION but we just walked out because before they took us in the back it resolved itself!! Glad he was still able to breath!! If I would have lost my son because of their incompetence that hospital would have been DONE!! I can't believe someone gave them a 5 star review must have been a staff member to try and make them look good. WORSE HOSPITAL EVER!! (5 months ago)

Staff is very selfish, could care less about the patients. Been here going on three hours. Definitely could use some help. (2 months ago)

I've waited over an hour to be seen but I have heard about tons of people in the town, and how messed up they are,....what I've learned is the Nurses are complete gossips, all they have done since I came in the Door was gossip and eat! I was told I would see a DR but I don't even think there is one in the building! Im going to the board of medical and above to make sure this place gets investigated! It's rediculous. I'm going to die before I'm seen! (4 months ago)
