Location and Directions

The ER was courteous the bill was reasonable. On the other hand. The Dr. Only talked to my wife never ordered any tests. Total time with the Dr. 15 min. He charged us $1,400 over 3 times what the hospital charged. I don't know if it is because UT took it over. We will never go to another UT connected facility again. (in the last week)

Takes way too long to actually see a doctor. Once my brother in law was seen and was told “life threatening” not a single nurse nearby cared enough to respect Please don’t laugh and have a good time around situations like these! It’s disrespectful and rude to families. (a week ago)

This so called “doctor” Beverly Woddleton or whatever her name is, needs to be talked to IMMEDIATELY!!!! About how to talk to her patients in a kind matter, but no!!! My mother was telling her symptoms to her and she says “Do you ever Stop talking!!! Plus some other rude toned and sarcastic sounding replies, then she sounds like she doesn’t believe her” Like are you serious!!! #1 law of customer satisfaction is be kind to you’re Customer!!! Don’t treat them like a piece of gum on the bottom of your shoe!!! UNBELIEVABLE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! (2 months ago)

Im sitting in this hospital right now with my boyfriend and honestly, I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. I can hear all the nurses and doctors in the hall just laughing and talking. Have been here for three hours and the doctor has only came in one time, and they are dead. Every time that we, my bf or i, come to this hospital, we sit in the exam room for literally 10 hours and only every see the doctor twice. I feel as though they do not care about their patients. They are slow, rude, and very unprofessional. No urgency what's so ever. (3 months ago)

This little hospital has a big heart. In 2016 all 3 of my kiddos ended up being transferred to Dallas, and each time the nurses did a great job. Not only did they help us medically but they were also very supportive and even made sure we had snacks and gas money. The staff here are very informative and I know I can always count on this hospital to help us with our medical needs. (10 months ago)
