This hospital has been well organized and clean the three years I've been going there. Most of the Support Staff are also friendly and very helpful. Many of the nurses and doctors I have came in contact with have shown themselves to be proficient in their profession and have been very respectful to me and other patients. (2 months ago)

Been here since 9pm. My child needs surgery. Which isn't until 7am. Can't really relax due to the hospitality were receiving. If the hospitality sucks. How can I feel comfortable allowing surgery on my child. Not 1 could I get u anything? Me and my other child are sitting in these horrible hard chairs. No way to even close your eyes for a second without worrying about hitting the hard floor. 1 Doc said my child would be admitted and moved to a room. Then the nurse said she was staying in er room until am before surgery. ....so I then ask the nurse would it be ok if I brought up pillows and blanket. Her response was. Sure... just don't bring any WEAPONS. I'm in Awe at this point. Long story short. Most hospitals provide a room especially when a parent is with. Def praying all goes well. Can't say were comfy or feel welcomed. (a month ago)

Came in very seriously sick after complications from a dental procedure that went really badly on a holiday and I have to say this hospital is superior to any hospital I've ever been to. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to get me through a really tough time. I was prepared for major surgery but because of the doctor's expert advice the last ditch treatment effort took a turn for the best and had me better in hours unexpectedly. Every single nurse was absolutely wonderful, especially the two main nurses that I interacted with the most Sukhjeet and Kaliedra. But honestly every single one of the nurses and housekeeping staff were amazing. Eternally grateful, I've never had such a great experience and I've had a couple major hospital stays. It's no wonder why the doctor in my family refers all of her patients here for major health problems she doesn't cover in her practice. Thank you so much to the entire staff. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else in the Raleigh area. (a month ago)

All they wanna do is feed you pain meds. They don't really care! I have had the least care of my LIFE ! And I have been to the hospital a lot. I am looking for the cause. I have had upper back pain for three days and they gave me a prednisone shot, and pain meds saying to "sleep it off". No I need to find the underlying cause of this!! If you trying to get a pain RX by all means go to this hospital! If you need real care this place is a total joke.. The MD even tried to belittle my issue by saying, "We get people in pain here all the time come look at this patient" then he asks the patient is she still in pain. I don't feel any compassion in that place. (2 months ago)

I’ve been here for almost 4 hours and I have not been seen yet I’m in the most horrific pain (a month ago)
