I had a medical procedure done that needed for me to stay overnight to recover and plus the doctor needed to do a follow up the next morning. From the minute I got there and registered at the front desk through my whole medical journey inside that hospital was very pleasant. The staff that I encountered was very helpful and courteous and most specifically trying to have you at ease. People need to understand that this is not a fast food restaurant type of business there are other patients that these staff members need to attend and everyone there has a different type of medical need. My surgery went good, the medical team (doctor, nurses, cna, anesthesia staff, and others that tended to me) was very caring and compassionate. This was my first surgery at this hospital and I had a good experience. The nursing staff, cna, house keeping, nutrition, were also very friendly, courteous, and compassionate to my medical needs. The whole time I spent in my room recovering I was very well taken care off and they made sure that my pain from my surgery was well monitored. I recommend this hospital to my friends and family. This hospital is the worst hospital I've ever been to and I'm going to tell you why. I was brought in non responsive breathing machine and all. When I came to I was in the hospital and I was being watched by one if the nurses . I tried speaking and couldn't. The nurse was rude to me . When I told her I had to use the bathroom she got upset because I had to use the bedpan . When she cleaned me she didn't clean me right which resulted in a bad rash . I waiting in the DR for two days before they put me in a room. I was poked 30 times in total I had 4 IVs . Every time they'd like me my vein would collapse and they would still try to draw blood 6 or 7 times after that . I liked on myself and they left me like that for 3 hours . I was there a week and they gave me one bath . I was having trouble breathing and the nurse sat there and looked at me like I was stupid. To top it all off when I was discharged my phone and earnings were missing . I was told I would be reimbursed for my fone and earrings that disappeared . I was not reimbursed. I called the hospital 5 different times and talked to 5 different people and everyone acted like they didn't know what to do I was told they'd call me back and never did . I ended up having to get a brand new phone. I am very upset and I have decided to get a lawyer . Hopefully no-one else has to go through this . This has been an honest review. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone . (2 weeks ago)

What is the capacity amount of patients this hospital can contain for the safety of the patients? Has the fire marshal drop by an conducted an inspection? Well they should and soon! I wonder what’s there compliance and regulatory affairs, which it seems they are not following. My mother has been waiting for a room since Sunday morning April 14 til this day April 17 She been place in the hallway of the emergency room with others since Sunday! They have patients line up in the emergency hallways because according to there response is that the hospital is full and there’s no rooms available! If that’s the case why not send them to another hospital where there’s rooms available and staff to attend too them. So disappointing of a hospital that is locally owned by well known doctors and business man. (3 months ago)

Absolute worst experience ever! Entered ER in pain, had a urine sample cup literally tossed at me by a "nurse" and was told, "Thats for you." No instructions or direction. Was then taken to ER15 where my "nurse" Rick took vitals, I explained the severity of my pain and he administered morphine. He then left the room without giving me a nurse call button. If something would have happened or I had a reaction how would I have alerted him? After several tests and scans, Rick came in and said I was being discharged. No discussion with the ER doctor, no explanation for my symptoms. I had to request to see the Dr. After he stepped out to get my doctor I heard him discussing his divorce, divorce settlement and how he had to work 2 jobs. Another nurse was goofing off in the hall calling everyone "meathead" and commenting on how "if that patient thinks Im breaking my back for him to use the bathroom hes got another thing coming." I wish I could give a negative star rating. This is a joke of a medical facility. (a month ago)

Terrible E.R. said wait time was 5 minutes. Have been here 2 hours. A LOT longer than 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Going on 3 hours now. Still waiting. Good grief... can we give negative stars? (4 months ago)
