Location and Directions

They do “tests” that have to be sent to the lab and then don’t send them but bill your insurance. Make sure you pay attention to that kind of stuff. It may be a convenient location but I’ll drive on to ohio health. (a week ago)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THEIR BILLING!!! Diley ridge presents themselves to care for their patients during the flu season, however be aware you are going to get a $3000 ($2200 just to walk in the building) bill if you have any kind of deductible that won't cover. They don't offer any Paid in full discounts to help settle up at a reasonable fee. Only during the periods they see to be a slow time they will offer discounts! So make sure you look out for their promo periods to get sick! Since they are unable to let you know what they are going to change to give the patient the choice to continue care (so they arent "discriminating") they can charge you whatever they want! So then you are stuck with an outrageous bill. Very disappointed in this hospital would NEVER tell anyone to go there ever! (2 weeks ago)

I absolutely love this place. My fiance and I have both been several times and they're amazing. The staff all around is great and the longest we have ever been in there (the entire time to do everything) was an hour and a half. We went today and were literally in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. Absolutely amazing all around and they definitely know what they're doing. (5 months ago)

After getting my bill I called and asked them why in total a basic broken toe xray and a visit with no splinting or anything at their facility cost me close to 2k? They told me the er use fee was about $1350 alone for most services that are not more advanced... that's with insurance. I am very disappointed at the facility for charging this much for such basic services. I called billing like the response from Cassandra says to. They told me to fill out a complaint form via paper mail? They also charged me for casting/splinting from the provider in which they never performed. They said they don't splint broken toes during my visit yet they billed for it... I called many times but they never fixed it and threatened collections on me for the splinting of 100$ (2 months ago)

Waiting time was good. Security officer assisted me with a wheelchair. Nurses treated me well. The physician’s assistant was snobby and treated me like your typical drug seeker. Thankfully my primary physician will take me serious. Thanks for the bill and subpar care. (3 months ago)
