I absolutely love this place. My fiance and I have both been several times and they're amazing. The staff all around is great and the longest we have ever been in there (the entire time to do everything) was an hour and a half. We went today and were literally in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. Absolutely amazing all around and they definitely know what they're doing. (2 months ago)

Waiting time was good. Security officer assisted me with a wheelchair. Nurses treated me well. The physician’s assistant was snobby and treated me like your typical drug seeker. Thankfully my primary physician will take me serious. Thanks for the bill and subpar care. (in the last week)

The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and the triage nurse was competent. Though, after being placed in a patient room, the ER doctor sent in his physician assistant to evaluate me. This physician assistant was not sure of the appropriate treatment for me, so he turned around and asked my husband what he thought should be done. I never did see the ER doctor that night. I went home. The next day, I was not any better. I went to Riverside Hospital in Columbus, where the doctors there admitted me to their hospital. MY FAMILY AND I ARE NEVER GOING BACK TO DILEY RIDGE MEDICAL CENTER! (3 months ago)

The ER staff are always kind and have helped me on numerous occasions. They have always given some of the best care I've ever received. I would recommend this emergency room to anyone (3 months ago)

Our experience while at Diley Ridge was satisfactory, nothing to write home about. At first all staff was friendly and attentive, nurturing but discharge instructions and verbal instructions were completely opposite of anything that actually happened. I️ was instructed to have my son seen first thing Monday AM by a specialist, which we were referred to. I️ was told he needed surgery no later than Tuesday and they also told me his injuries and damaging tendons. When at the specialist they identified different injuries on totally different fingers and scheduled surgery for Friday. When they asked for medical records, Diley had never followed up and sent paperwprk for the “urgent referral”. My advice would be to go straight to the hospital and bypass this center as they are not as helpful as I️ would have liked. I️ also asked for the head nurse to call me to address questions and concerns - which she did but was nothing short than rude and condescending on the phone. Thanks but no thanks. I️ won’t be a returning patient if it’s ever in my control! (5 months ago)
