Great place for a Nursing Training Hospital. Lots of potential for growth and improvement. Staff was loving and caring towards people. (a week ago)

The nurses were poorly trained and unprofessional. I had a heart attack, six years ago, and when I regained consiousness the nurses were laughing at me. I could have lost my life because these imbeciles were too emotionally immature to do anything except laugh at my expense. I managed to survive because a technician injected a medication into my I.V which widened my artery. The two nurses seemed to think it was, for some reason, hilarious to see someone have a heart attack. Incompetence is the general rule at this hospital. (in the last week)

Never have I had my wife in pain with contractions in labor have to sit for over an hour for a shift change, They had employees coming in off the clock doing g the front desk for a little with there kids following them. There all rude have no courtesy. There no prepared to deliver a baby by any means. I LEFT TO DROVE DOWN TO ST BERNADINES IN SAN BERNARDINO WERE MY WIFE WELL BE TAKEN CARE OF LIKE A PATIENT (a month ago)

The wait time was ridiculously long, but once admitted the care I received was very good and I want to give a special shout out to Oscar who helped me through the most humiliating events of my pain management and didn't make me feel uncomfortable once. The Dr. who handled my pain was excellent. (a month ago)

My Dr. said I had to go through the emergency room to be admitted to the hospital! I was to have surgery on my foot. This would not be out patient, needed to be admitted. After 8 hours in the emergency room in still waiting. My question is if I'm not an emergency why not just go to admitting, fill out paperwork and wait for a room there? If there are no rooms available right away. They can call me to come when a room is available! A little common sense and caring goes a long way! (6 months ago)
