I had my gallbladder removed. I practically went right in and was prepped for surgery. Every single nurse, anesthesiologist and hospital aid I encountered before and after my surgery was absolutely amazing!! They were kind, patient, understanding, healthful and I consistently heard them being the same way to others. I had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and had to stay over night, they let my fiance stay with me, which of course was great (maybe not so much for him) but it made me happy. They put me in the new part of the hospital. The room was private, big, super nice and had a beautiful view of the fountain and lake in the front. I couldn't be more thankful and happy that I had my surgery in such a wonderful, caring place. It was a breathe of fresh air, to say the least. This is the first hospital I have been to in many years that seems like they actually care about people and love their jobs. Thank you all. My experience was so much better than I hoped for. The nurses and physicians at this hospital are nothing short of miracle workers. They have treated us with compassion, care and do whatever it takes to give your loved ones the best experience in difficult times. My family and I are thankful for them and their sacrifice. The new wing of the hospital is especially nice. 7/8/2018 UPDATE: My mom had to go back to the ER for the same issue that she had when I originally wrote this review in Feb. 2018. I just learned that the ER doctor who treated my mother in June called my parent's house a few weeks later to see how she's doing. She didn't have to, but she cares. That's the kind of doctor I want to see when if I go to the hospital. I thank her for her service. (a week ago)

I recently moved from PA and within a few weeks became very ill. Although it took some time for the staff to check on me when I had a high fever, pulse, and rr amongst other things.. the overall experience and how well the staffed handled everything was excellent. With previous hospital experience I understand how things can get hectic very quickly and time can get away from you. I appreciate everything the staff did to make sure I was able to feel better. Excellent job Delray... thank you for the excellent service this will definitely be my go to hospital for all my emergent needs! (a month ago)

I will admit that my uncle received great care at this hospital compared to JFK or Bethesda. But it is very disappointing to know that a racist person is working in HR (Susan Brown). It's 2018 if someone is contacted for an interview then they should be given a fair chance to meet for that interview regardless of race or ethnicity. Social media is a powerful weapon and word is getting around! I hope the right action will be placed in the results of this women's bahavior! (a month ago)

I was there today for a colonoscopy. The staff was great and caring. The doctor was great too. Very professional. (3 weeks ago)
