I have been hospitalized here since January and am located in the new tower building. Older comments seem to have been heard as the room is clean and bright with a (to me) big screen flat TV with 40 channels of Direct TV. The purveyor of food has changed very recently and is getting up to speed on the needs of patients and staff. You do not go to the hospital to have fine food, but creative names and nice presentation even make the jello appetizing. I applaud the dedication and professionalism of the nursing staff especially during this crowded flu season. The ER was fast to diagnose and recognize what I needed, especially since there are many aspects to my current stay, While capacity has increased, the wait for the room was not short, There is a new CEO for this institution and many changes are in store. This has been my hospital of choice over the last 5 years since I moved 5 years ago. (3 months ago)

Be careful, the same civilian clothing (gray and black, like gym clothing) over a month...might have cleanliness issues, not to mention a DIRTY looking ponytail. Nurse Practitioner, on the heavy side. #NOT HEALTHY!! RUN!!! Find another ER (2 weeks ago)

THE HOSPITAL IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE NURSES ARE FABULOUS. THE MOST OUTSTANDING NURSES ON THE FOURTH FLOOR ARE AUDREY,MYRNA AND SANDRA. THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE FOOD(SHOULD DO SOMETHING) (2 weeks ago)

The doctors and nurses have been exceptional however while waiting for my mother to come out of surgery a volunteer came up to speak to her friend (another volunteer) and in front of me she started bad mouthing the President, the First Lady and their son. I found that to be totally unacceptable and unprofessional and wish that she would keep her political opinions and gossip to her herself. The hospital is not the place for that kind of behavior. (a week ago)

My mother-in-law received the most professional care and attention throughout her stay. The nurses treated her with kindness and were patient. Good explanations of side effects for newly added medications (two of them). Thanks again for your high quality care. (2 months ago)
