I went here for shoulder surgery, and was very impressed. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They went far and beyond to help me. I recommend to this hospital to everybody. (in the last week)

All of the staff members were very polite from the moment we walked in the door. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and professional. The establishment is clean. (in the last week)

I have received excellent care from both Doctors I have seen. The problem is when in pain nobody wants to dispense any pain meds. I understand there is an epidemic out there but.....lets take each case seperatly. A 61 year old man being made to feel like a drug addict because he is in pain.told to go to prime care to get meds. Makes no sense (in the last week)

BESTY PUTNAM (RN) OF ER refused to give my 6 year old child a doctors note for the following day after being seen in the ER for having a splinter in the bottom of her heel. Doctor had to give her a shot and dig into her heel to pull out a splinter which caused her to be unable walk comfortly at school the next day. Had to beg her to give us a doctor note for the day we visited on 02/20/18. Her excuse was it was so long ago? A whole (22 days?) Like really? And that the doctor didn't put in discharge paperwork for a doctors note. (Obviously he forgot or I wouldn't be asking you to provide us one) 1st time coming to your hospital and you refuse to give a 6 year old a doctor note for recovering from a shot and a wound in her foot? Thanks for the great customer service. Real ignorant that a parent has to argue with uneducated people over something so simple. Our visit on February 20 was great doc was nice. Nurses were wonderful, But Besty... your hospital earned a 3 star when it deserved a 5 star based on your service. Oh and I appreciate you not letting me speak to someone above you. ! πŸ‘ŽπŸ» (2 months ago)

No bedside manor from anyone. Very odd vibe. Never felt any caring or urgency from anyone. This is NOT good healthcare... it's more of an assembly line. And we are the packages. (4 months ago)
