I was very pleased with my experience at the E.R. Dr. Conrad is very nice and compassionate . Sheila Searcy was great. All I did was mention it was cold and without hesitation she went and got me a heated blanket without me asking. They are all so nice. (4 weeks ago)

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff all around, doctor Conrad was more concerned with flirting with the nurses than with helping patients. Grandmother came in with lung issues and panic attacks, lung issues were not addressed in any way. Was never told any sort of diagnosis, my grandmother was given a shot with no explanation as to what it was or what it did. We will not be wasting time coming here again, we will go to Flowers in Dothan in hopes of finding medical staff interested in actually helping people. (2 months ago)

Dale medical center is just like Barbour medical center it's a joke I have been waiting for ten hours. This place is ridiculous will not come back I rather go to a nother county. And to be honest this place doesn't deserve a star. (2 months ago)

Very good doctor's and very little wait time.... (a month ago)

While the service itself was acceptable, the wait time is ridiculous. We where called back relatively fast but after getting into our room it took over an hour for any staff to actually get to helping us. This was not alleviated by the fact that it took them only 3 minutes to tell us what was wrong with our child, moreover they had multiple staff helping with from what I could tell a non-life threatening case and completly ignoring us entirely. I feel that this centers main problem is its "yes or no" priorities. There is no such thing as special case and due to this some things are ridiculously more important than other cases of similar caliber. (8 months ago)
