We had a new baby 4/24 in this hospital. Every nurse in here are doing there good job. When the day we're ready to discharge, our nurse told us we can took everything on the crib. However, when we pass through the nurse station, and the other nurse said that we couldn't take the blanket out and took the blanket from our new born baby. Our baby left the hospital with no cover but only the baby shirt. We don't know why they need need that blanket so much.... (2 weeks ago)

I’ve went to this hospital several times and although it could use some updating, the staff really are great. Even when I didn’t have health insurance, the doctor still made sure she saw me anyway without charge. I don’t know why their ratings are bad because even the ladies who come and get your insurance info are sweet. They were wonderful every time we went. (a week ago)

Don't get me wrong the staff is great. Nurses and doctors are great but definitely not worth paying double which is what the billing department is trying to do. Charging for stuff my insurance already paid for. Total mess and totally ridiculous. Super unorganized. Never going back. And will definitely not recommend because of that. (a month ago)

Been along time since I went here so I don't remember going. But I got a bill for $25 because my insurance didn't pay for XYZ. Fine called negotiated 20% off and paid them $20 bucks. Now I am holding in my hand a bill for $5. This is just plain petty and possibly illegal. Don't trust these people. Don't pay them a cent unless you have it in writing. (a month ago)

Absolutely most awful and rude staff ever. I was scheduled to have an induction at 8:00 pm and they call me an hour ahead to tell me they don’t have room for me. Then I wait two whole days to receive a call from them never getting one. Definitely felt like me and my baby weren’t even a priority. I called them several times each day and each time was told they would call me back I would wait all day and still not receive a call. So I finally just told them take me off the list and I would wait for my baby to come on her own. And like I said previously the labor and delivery staff are the worst. Very rude and I wouldn’t recommend this hospital for any pregnant woman. Not only that any time I was sent here the nurses had a hard time finding my vein and I’ve never had that problem in my life. They stuck me about two times then came back to say they needed one more vile of blood because they forgot one. I’ve been nothing but miserable each and every time I’ve came here. Against my doctors advice I will be going to a different hospital to give birth because I couldn’t imagine having to deal with rude staff while in pain. (2 months ago)
