The absolute worse first time experience here! I decided to come here because my original doctor was out for the holiday and I really needed to see a physician. The doctor they sent me to was the worst! She had NO clue what she was talking about and on top of that I waited 2 1/2 hours there for her to prescribe me with medicine that was over the counter and does not work for me!!! Extremely pissed. I WILL NOT be back here! They need a whole new staff! (a week ago)

Typical Kaiser Permanente experience. This is exactly why an insurance company should NEVER be allowed to directly run a healthcare facility. Takes forever to get appointment even though I pay 10x what I did before ACA and I have to pay 100% out of pocket until I reach $7500. American healthcare...what a joke. Went to see a doctor about 3 issues. We could have had a phone call, because I knew more about the issues from research on the internet than she gave me. She wouldn't look at two of my issues that needed a doctor to physically look at and instead told me to keep doing what I've been doing and to add an over the counter medication, which hasn't worked and is the entire reason I was here. She saw me for less than 10 minutes including being interrupted and leaving half way through. What a joke of a doctor. Similar experience at Colorado KP office when a doctor gave me medication that specifically shouldn't have been given to me. Was going to sue, but I didn't want to hassle with the paperwork. Took me 2 years to get better from that doctors mistake. The Colorado offices also charged for items they said they would not and double, and sometimes triple charged me for the same items. We'll see if the GA office does the same thing. In both instances, I have called to open a complaint with the main office so others don't have my experience, but both times they just tell me it won't be worth my time to complain. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get to the right person, but they don't like hearing their services or doctor's aren't doing the right thing. Also, I've had issues in both states with automatic withdrawal for my premiums. Every month they gaurantee me it's fixed, and every month I call back because KP is so inept they can't handle automatic withdrawal that any other company in the world can. Sad excuse for a healthcare provider. If only standards were a little higher in America, this company wouldn't exist. I will never return to ANY KP facility and when individual mandates go away and we have more options for healthcare in my area, I'll be cancelling my policy the same day. I honestly can't think of one nice thing to say about this company. Update: Doctor suggested over the counter medication for something she didn't even look at to diagnose and on the box it states do not take if you have high blood pressure. The doctor specifically talked to me about my high blood pressure while at the office. Two times I've been to 2 different KP facilities and both times they suggested medication that will do harm to me. This place is blatenly negligent. Only go to a KP facility if you're looking for a malpractice lawsuit in your favor and at the cost of your health and well being. (3 weeks ago)

The worse clinic I ever used. Incompetent doctors who do not bother even to see you once in six month and on top of that their computers work like artificial intelligence and send bills twice for what you have already paid. Accountants do not bother them self to review the correctness of such bills. Terrible experience, I am happy to terminate contract with them. Such prices with incompetence (2 months ago)

It seems like I can never get the care I need. Any time I try to make an appointment, nothing is available to me for 3-6 months out and usually not even with my own doctor. I pay monthly for basically nothing and it is having an incrediy negative impact on my life. There are some medications I cannot fill without seeing a doctor and yet they never have time to see me. I have serious mental health issues and Kaiser is doing the very opposite of helping me. At this point I think kust killing myself would be better than to wait six months for the medications I need. If you have chronic issues Forget it. You are gonna die alone here. (2 months ago)
