My brother had a seizure and was rushed to the ER via ambulance. It was his first visit to the ER after a terrible experience. He was scared nonetheless. ER doc comes into the room 2 hours later and says he did not have a seizure, it was an “anxiety attack” and sent him home. Epilepsy runs in my family. He had 2 people witness him have a seizure. He had blood coming out of his mouth from where was was biting his tongue while convulsing and the “doctor” says it was an anxiety attack. I don’t see how these people are licensed. If you have an emergency, save yourself time and possibly your life by making a trip to Birmingham or Huntsville. My brother is fine now. I took it upon myself as a healthcare professional to refer him to a great neurologist who diagnosed him with epilepsy. I would not recommended this hospital to anyone. (a month ago)

This hospital and doctor's offices may be able to handle caring for adults, but never bring your child here if you think something may be seriously wrong. Take your child to Birmingham. Their life may depend on it! (a month ago)

My husband suffered a heart attack a few weeks ago so we ended up in the ER. I have never had such friendly and helpful nurses and Doctors. He ended up in CCU after surgery and the nurses there took such good care of him. They went out of their way to keep me informed about his health. I wouldn't hesitate to take him or any of my family back to Cullman Regional. (3 months ago)

Took my mom to ER yesterday. She was incredibly sick at her stomach as well as terrible cough and side pains. We were there about 6 hours. We never once saw a doctor and not a nurse practitioner either, as far as I could tell. When we left, she was not a single bit better than when we went in. There were a couple times when no one came in the room for probably an hour. I had to go track somebody down for everything when there were tons of nurses standing around in the hallway doing nothing. She was discharged and not given a single cough medicine and she told them multiple times of her drug allergies and they still gave her a medicine she was allergic to, according to her pharmacist. I wouldn't suggest going here as these people have no idea what they're doing and you probably won't even see a real doctor because apparently only nurses work there. Pretty sure she was misdiagnosed as well or at least not fully diagnosed. (5 months ago)

if i could give this place less than one star i would, we thought my dad had a heart attack and brought him into the ER, they were sending him home because it wasn’t a heart attack, until he started he vomiting and they ordered 1 test which came back negative so Dr. Geron Story decided not to order any more tests and told him he didn’t know what was going on and sent him home. He kept complaining his stomach was hurting and Dr. Story had to be told by my mother who isn’t in any way a trained medically to check out his stomach. In the midst of all of this another relative called the hospital to get his room number and the lady at the front desk named Tracy told her that he wasn’t even there. If you care anything about your family take them to Birmingham. (a month ago)
