This place is soooo ridiculous my husband got admitted here cause he had an infection in his arm and they took forever to find what exactly infection it was and he had to have surgery asap but unfortunately none of their surgeons are available and they did not do anything they said we had to wait and so pretty much just waiting and they staff was very rude and didn't care how much pain he was in all they did was drug him up and the infection was spreading quickly do not come here (6 months ago)

The best hospital ever! Lubbock's hospitals are horrible in comparison. Saved my life on many times! I can't believe that there are any one star complaints! Will never go anywhere else! (a year ago)

I brought an associate that needed a post accident drug screen. We waited over 30 minutes in the lab until someone showed up. Then the nurse told us that she had to do some draws and she would be back in a few minutes. We now have been here an hour. This is unacceptable. (a year ago)

This place is ridiculous..Poorly trained staff no Dr on site in the er a PA does not a Dr make this er is horrible it should be shut down until they can improve conditions when someone comes in with a 400 plus blood sugar and is not kept for observation when they have other chronic conditions and told your blood sugar is really not that high that is a problem..A Google search could explain this to a preschooler this falls on management for not staffing qualified personnel (a year ago)

We had a bad experience at this hospital not only in the emergency room with 3 misdiagnoses and than nothing at all being done; as well as lack of detailed information we needed in another area of the hospital that is causing us problems now. Not only this but there is quite a transparency with billing. We received unknown bills for stuff that we weren't told about. This hospital should be shut down and refilled with better staff.
