I am a veteran. I can handle brisk care. I went in after a migraine turned worse and I started being sick. The receptionist was horrid. I TOLD her I have a migraine with vomiting, then she slams pens and clipboards around, like I am making her life miserable. The Dr absolutely earned every star given, and deserves better support staff. I didn't mind the wait, didn't disagree with the treatment, but the receptionist was so bad I docked two stars. She needs to be removed from the public side. (a month ago)

My wife has multiple health issues and had to receive emergency care while visiting Bisbee. We were totally impressed with both the administrative and professional staff. Dr Patterson, the ER doc, was the consummate professional as was the nurse on duty. (in the last week)

I had to visit ER here yesterday because I didn’t want to wait for 3 hrs to see a doc in Canyon Vista ER in Sierra Vista, and it was the best choice to go. I was able to see a doc, took some tests, got the results of them and got discharged within 2 hrs. Every staff was very nice and especially, the ER doc was very professional to dignose my symptoms that other doc said I just had acid reflux, (I don’t have it actually) which I’m so satisfied with his treatment. He took his time longer than other docs that I’ve met before. I hope the nurse practitioner was more careful to remove the patches on my body for the tests that I had. She forgot to remove them. Other than that, I absolutely recommend to others to go ER when they need to. (3 months ago)

10:58 pm Currently here because a car accident I was in and when I first came here the receptionist was rude the entire time tried to sit here and argue with me, when I was admitted into my room made a special trip to come into my room arguing about a question I asked. Personally I came here for all the good things I heard about this place instead of going to Sierra Vista because the wait and I come here for this? This is my first time here and I haven’t seen a doctor yet and I don’t even think I want too. (a month ago)

Great service! They saw me right away and I was in and out. The ER doctor was fantastic and very informative! (a month ago)
